I feel yeah I just went.out for a little in the light rain got 2 fish on frogs just dinks... in the rain up.here I like big flashey spinners... its been cold the last couple nights.. this earlier in the year if they don't hit spinners I'll go.to the bottom and jig with a craw...I like black and blue the best for tough bite situation in most of the places I fish.

Yeah I'll try.to get a picture up.. but I don't try a traditional Snell.. but the knot sits.on.the grooves behind the jig head.. I take the skirts off and tie. Mainly do this on casting jigs..

I did like the rattles And felt weird not using them. Now with my rattle broken off my favorite jig I used it with no rattles and had great success so now its doesn't matter.. unless its low light or muddy.. but I usually use a big 1 oz charter bait for that

Yeah I got my revo with 65 power pro.. on a 7,3 mh. I guess I'll break it out early this year..

I don't think its the line but I have caught bass braid and mono with frogs... I got my other frogging rod for my resivor with lilya for miles that's when I use braid.. the pond I'm at has scum on top.. when I set the hook I feel the pressure of the fish my rod is bent over then I reel again and its off.. I don't take and pressure off the hook.. I got a 3 pounder today but these hits I'm getting put those to shame...

Ive tried rippin em as soon as they turn there head....still they get off some how I'm thinking when they I get the high hit its all full.of scum and other vegition and my hooks get caught up..

I've been fishing frogs a lot and I goy massive hits. The past few days.. I let the bass take it for a 3 seconds at least set the hook I feel the fish on then its off. I miss the big fish but catch the dinks. Maybe I need a stiffer line like braid? And what about trailer hooks.. the only problem with that is I think the hooks with sit below the vegetation and get snagged.. also I'm not burning the frog nice and slow retrive with some phase and pops

Yeah I put about 4 Xmas trees.. some big branches, stumps , 6 logs of standing timber around my big private pond. Everything holds fish but the big stumps have gotten me some big fish.. the pond is about a 100 yards long and about 70 yards across.. I recommended putting cover in for some great fishing

I like casting off ledges with a 3/8 oz jig.. I let it fall all the way down.. or a big ribbon tail worm Texsposed with a a bullet weight and just let it flutter Down... I do well from shore fishing that way

Mine has a great fishing section.. I don't complain if they don't have what I want. Then I'm the computer getting what I need..

Wind = spinners for me . If I find some deep grass then I like throwing my big swimbaits over top for the big girls

Good thing I fish healthy ponds with beautiful healthy bass.. thats a shame to see bass like that
