Got the engine stickers in and on tonight !

When you pull the floor, check the stringers and transom. My guess is there rotten, and need replaced. It's not that bad. For fiberglass work - On youtube, look up boatworkstoday & friscoboatersgarage. There's lots of others, those two come to mind. There are kits\ways to mount an outboard on an I\O. If you want to go that route. There are some videos of people who have turned boats like that into some real fishing machines ! Could turn it into a center console !! IT's cleaning up nice so far !

What gunsinger said. Our son was only able to do one year of the program, we didn't find out about it in time, our local high school doesn't promote the program. We heard about it from some friends. The local high school also have very stringent requirements for participating. When he graduated high school, he had 32 hours of college credits. For this program, 16 semester hours is required. After learning this, (and not wanting to deal with high school girl drama) Our daughter started planning her highschool classes for freshman year, to ensure she could do the program. Doing this helped our daughter get direct admission to the nursing school at SIUE.

Friday, our daughter graduated high school. On Thursday, she will also graduate from a local community college with an AA degree ! ! At the moment, her end goal is to be a flight nurse. Forensics tech is also intriguing her.

Got some decals on the boat and trailer. Engine decals are en-route. Nothing on flooring yet. I really want red, however, I can only find that color in the name brand. Which is double the cost of the Amazon or e-Bay stuff.

Move the battery forward, and keep it centered. Move your seat forward\back until you find your happy spot. Keep in mind the placement of your tackle box & cooler. I'm wanting to use EVA faux foam, it will be one of the amazon knock-offs. Seadeck, hydroturf, etc is just to expensive. Grey? Red Camo? Red? Mix it up, and put one color on the lids, another on the rest of the floor? As for the red, anyone have experience with it? Will it fade or bleed off? I'm leaning towards no lines or diamonds, to simplify matching sheets\seaming sheets together. Also, I'm wanting to get brave and router in Skeeter, and a ruler.

What is the rope for, on the side? I'm interested in a kayak, never been in one. What are the pros and cons of the seat being that high? I'm debating between paddle and peddle.

My apologies. I respooled some reels last night, used a water bottle and a drill to strip the line. Pics for reference. Worked pretty good, just be careful when you get to the end. If the drill is still going, the reel will be heading your way! I later added washers on either side of the cap.

I respectfully disagree, on the part that we had the chance to fix it....IMHO - that wasn't a good remedy. They're not even waiting for it to be over. Saw on the news tonight, tax increases are coming, on a federal level. I have no doubt our state will follow suit .
