So we didn't do as good as we would have liked today, we came in 7th.... Still a fun day on the water, I did get one very good fish a 3.64lbs smallmouth at 18.25". I got it on a 3/4oz football head with a spider jig trailer...

I'm agreeing with you! All I'm saying is that all fish come in different shapes and sizes, which is true and the weight is unknown unless it is weighed... It could very well be an 8 pound fish... Tell me where in my post I disrespected someone, I can't seem to find where that is... I think what I said in my post is 100% correct, considering I agreed with you, then just stating something not even relating to this fish... YOU need to learn to respect people, especially because you misinterpreted what I said.

I am just getting into jig fishing myself, I have heard good things from Siebert Outdoors jigs (one of BR's fine sponsors)... I've also heard great things from Moaner... Check them out, I haven't purchased either yet but when I become more comfortable with jigs i'll definitely be stock pilling!

Your right, my point is fish come in all shapes and sizes, just like humans... The weight of his fish is unknown simply because it was not weighed, I wasn't trying to take away from his fish at all. I mean just recently I caught a 21" LMB go 3.99 and I have had 18" LMB go a little over 4...

Oh yeeeaaaaaahhhhh... Lost my orra s with some crappy rod and a quantum antix with like a $50 buck rod... But still between my friends and I we lost like $600 worth of stuff including our cell phones... Memories

This is supposed to be a fun competition guys, I guarantee the southern guys won't want to do a North Vs South if we are going to try to pull this... If you don't catch a big fish in a month than you don't catch a big fish, but faking it is really irritating, especially because there is a solid group of fair and honest northeast anglers in this thread, some of them not making the top 5 and still post their fish and provide input... On a positive note this does mean I finish in 2nd place for the September thread.... LOL, sorry I had to... But seriously this won't be a fun environment if we are going to have to start checking to see if people are posting duplicates and what not...

MARs as much as I hate to say this... I think you are right, the bottom fish posted is the same fish from September thread post #128, and post #128 was supposed to have two fish when it indeed seems to be the same fish...

Last time I was there I saw a good 5.5 or 6 jump right out of the water.... No tens in there, and if there is it is just going to sit at the bottom of the lake
