Tacoma area here... I fish American lake, Spanaway, and all the other lakes in the area. Meridan in Covington is nice. my biggest suggestion is get a float tube or a pontoon. bass like cover... docks and weeds... get to those areas and you'll have a easier time of it...

So the state records in Washington are 11.57lb largemouth caught at Banks Lake.. the record smallmouth weighed 8.75lbs caught in the Columbia River... there is a bunch in the 3-4lb range and evn more in the 1-2lb range... Myself, I haven't found the big hogs, PB is just under 6lb largemouth,...But I will keep searching...

looking at you deck layout I don't know if I'd want that much room between the mounts... the rods would be resting towards the ends ... lots of flex... could always come up with a mounting setup that uses an anchor type system straight to the deck lid... move them so they are no more then 4' apart. The only reason i haven't got one is I don't like the idea of my rod tips hanging over the edge of the boat...

here is a picture of my 86 350V ranger... i picked it up in July and have been fishing the every weekend, all weekend... now that winter is upon us... it's time for a restoration... all new carpet... new seats.. and pedestals new locks for the latches and a deck extension, new trolling motor also... if i can, at least 1 new hds unit...

some smallies are just beautiful ... and some are just butt ugly... funny thing is both of these were caught within 50 yards of each other...

surface temp at my favorite lake yesterday was 58.5 degrees... wasn't able to find anything biting!!!!

can't wait less then 10 miles from my home!!!!!!

use to use them as bait for catfish back in Az.... when i was growing up....

We rescued a german shepard in October ... she is spoiled now.... shes around 3 years old and canines are wore down pretty bad...

I saw this spot on Thursday morning... I drive this road every week for work...the day after the accident... i hope both girls recover from this ... it happened after a 1 mile straight stretch with a up hill curve to the left... there is a guardrail in the curve but she ran off the road about 75 feet before the guardrail... Naselle is just a little town and this road doesn't see a lot of traffic ...

each diesel truck has it's own issues... I bought mine knowing that the injections pumps were an issue... if the lift pump in the fuel tank goes south... i had to replace both pumps about 1 and half years after getting the truck... only other things I've had to replace were the alternator and the clutch... clutch was done do to the high horsepower and the weights i am hauling... oh yeah and on the second set of tires ... that gets spendy when you have to buy 6 of them...lol

I've owned my 01 ram 3500 for 6 years... it now have 248,000 miles yes thats right 248,000 miles... 24 valve cummin's motor and a NV 4500 5 speed manual transmission... i love this truck... put a 4" exhaust and a free flowing aircleaner and a edge comp box and she hauls a*&... and averages 18.5 mpg empty and 14 mpg loaded with a camper and trailer...

evil bay would be a good starting spot....

i picked up 2 of them in the last 6 months... a 7.1 ratio speed spool(frog setup) and an 6.4 ratio tournament speed spool(spinner and crankbait setup)... i have never owned nicer reels... have had no issues... but haven't had alot of time with them either...

well i live in the northwest and can go to the lamiglas factory and dig though the close outs and rejects... picked up a competior series spinning rod 2 power medium light 6' 8" been a awesome rod for only costing $30... so i thuink any good mdium/light rod with a fast action and ove 6'6" would be a good setup...

i carry about 90% of the time i leave the house... not allowed to carry while at work or even have a firearm on work property so thats about the only time not armed... this is what i always leave the house with...
