Winter Fishing In Ponds
Great tread, I was going around with the same question. This will be my first winter fishing adventure and I only fish from " bank" no way to be on top of the water YET. I do have some of the "gear" that you guys mention here, and I will get some more from the "fishing toys store" BUT the senkos will they be good still ?....

Any Other Fishers Who Prefer Canoes?
Great topic, I'm on the process of an application approval ( from the wife ) for a canoe. I'm looking for the square canoe, we are running in a tight-budget and I don't have any space for abig boat or trailer, so a 3-400$ canoe will be a great option. Probable santa is good to Me this year.

Hello Guys, Here New From The North Of Virginia
@ Eric Yes, we have some great waters around here. My " best " luck this year was some of ponds around my area. The Potomac is a challenger river for me, by now I'm one more "river bank " angler but I do have fun.

Locations For The 2013 Meet And Greet
Please don't stone my head, BUT... How do you guys regular do the "meet and greet "... reading around most of you guys have boat or any gear to be on the water. What about the people that we have to stay on the " shore line / river - lake bank " I know you guys have this activity on camping sites and I camp a LOT and all camping places have a LOT to do. BUT just to know... IS this just for " boat people " ?... Thanks guys! ( is better to be dumb one day, that the whole life )

How To Locate Fish On A New Lake/pond
Great tips here, a LOT of tips but for me that I don't have the equipment that you guys have ( boat-fish find.- ... ) I try to picture the areas that I fish and with out all that I try to find the most fishable area. I still learn a lot from you guys, and I do have fun fishing. Great question on this topic and excellent tips.

Ever Done This....?
depend on the fishing intention, if I go out to try and learn a lure... sure I will take just one, but if my intention is to catch some probable will take like two or more with me. Most of my time I have my back pack " just in case " but I always ending to use only one or two. "Is the feeling that you will need what you don't have"
