70 Degrees In December?
I got out this weekend and caught a few, too! Mid December in Cleveland has never been so good!

Diawa Sv 105 Opinions
Out of the box the Alphas SV won't be able to do the things that the PX-R does. I can cast a zoom finesse worm, or Roboworms, weightless on 8# fluorocarbon. For me the Alphas SV has its sweet spot in the 1/4oz to 3/8oz range. In other words a weightless senko. The closest similarity, for me, is the small frame both provide. If I were to make my purchases again I would honestly used the $400 I spent on the PX-R, and got 2 of the Alphas SV reels.

Fd's 7Th Anual Fishmas Exchange Thread
Shipped mine out this morning, and when I came home I had my package from Felix sitting at the door! I am debating whether to tear into it now, or hold off until Christmas. I think the over/under on that is for tomorrow.

Diawa Sv 105 Opinions
I think if you are trying to compare the PX-R to the Alphas SV you are certainly setting your expectations too highly. I also have both and feel that they are two very different reels designed for two very different purposes. Also, consider that you are comparing a reel reel that originally sold for $499 (PX-R) to one one available for $200 (Alphas SV).

Yo-Zuri Hybrid Questions
Like, MarkH024, I have large spool of Yo-Zuri Hybrid just in the 10# test smoke color. It is a fantastic line, and for me the 10# test works great on my baitcasters. I will try other copoly lines throughout the year, and always come back to the Yo-Zuri. The high breaking strength for the test rating is great, and I agree with roadwarrior that the product has nominal stretch. I use a San Diego Jam Knot for all my lines, and this line has no issues whatsoever if I tie my knot the night before a tournament. IMHO it is one of the most forgiving lines I've used as far as abrasion is concerned, too. I think the overwhelming sentiment of BR members will agree that this is a fantastic line to use!

Texas Rigged Worms
Funny you should ask this as I just got done organizing my worms. I love fishing Zoom trick worms, and Zoom finesse worms. I'd say 90% of the times I throw a worm it is one of those. (For the record I don't consider a Senko type bait a worm) Of the colors I use the most will be: -black -junebug -green pumpkin -merthiolate -black sapphire -kudzu -glimmer blue -morning dawn -smokin purple -greenie weenie -seedless watermelon

Jackall Baits
Cross tail shad is a dropshot staple. I like the binksy popper, too. They are a great company with quality products.

Multi-Tools
I think I only paid $50. I just looked at it and it has no stamping on it.

Multi-Tools
I have a Gerber multi tool. No idea what the model is, but the pliers have a spring mechanism that keeps them open for easy one hand use.

Road To The Super Bowl!
I agree with everything you said except for this part. The best qb on the roster is Josh McCown. If you consider his stats for the season he is doing a fantastic job.

Road To The Super Bowl!
I beg to differ. There are A LOT of people who still think that he should start out the rest of the season. I am, thankfully, NOT one of those people.

Best Spinning Reel At Or Under $100
I also think you can't go wrong with any of the Pfleuger reels, but check out the new Daiwa Fuego spinning reel. I got mine about a month ago, and it is an amazing reel.
