  1. Power Team Lures Hawgtonic, and Crawfish megastrike. I also have some Spike it pens with garlic in a few colors for making on the water changes.
  2. I wasn't commenting on the stock. He was saying how crazy good the pricing is. I think the pricing is run of the mill - average at best. No doubt they probably have 10x the availability of my local shop, but my local shop carries what is known to work in the area. It caters to the tournament angler, and is probably very different than what you consider a mom and pop shop.
  3. What's so great about the prices? My local tackle shop sells Lucky Craft for the same prices.
  4. I use the arm and attach it to a swim jig as an alternative to when everyone is using regular spinnerbaits. I've even attached the arm to a tube jig and caught some brown fish on Erie.
  5. I've been using the 40# on my PXL-R, and it has been phenomenal. It's as limp as a wet noodle. I'll be switching all my braid to Smackdown by next year.
  6. Change it, but more importantly bring a few spools with you on the trip, too.
  7. Do you back off the drag when you're not using it?
  8. Don't know what more to say aside from what the others have. They always produce for me, though some days more than others. Perhaps they aren't interested in the specific color you're using.
  9. I second the Pfleuger President if you're using it for freshwater fishing.
  10. I agree. It looks like a pill/medication organizer.
  11. Call Strike King. They'll replace them for you.
  12. Very nice rod for the $150 range. No hook keeper, so make sure you pick up one of the rubber ring type or have a rod builder add one. Not as heavy as I was expecting.
  13. This has been my solution for bank fishing. I have a 10 sleeve CD Binder and it works great! From the boat I use a Plano 3704.
  14. Pink tube, t-rigged.
  15. I got the 7'1 " MH version, and I like it just fine. I don't think I'd buy another, but I'm not mad for buying it either. As stated the handle is very comfortable. I paired mine with a Daiwa PXL-R, so it's really easy to fish with all day long.
  16. They are located in California. That's why it takes 5 days. If you spend $50 with them to get free standard shipping you then have the option to pay $5 for 2 day delivery, or $10 for next day.
  17. I was just using the Flappin Hog on Saturday. I t-rigged mine on a 1/0 EWG hook, and used an unpegged 1/8oz weight. It's a great bait for pitching to docks. I also agree with 1201vilbig about using them as jig trailer. It was what I had originally bought them for, but decided to try them on a t-rig. They have a nice weight to them as it is. Compared to the other GYCB products the Flappin Hog is actually quite durable. I got 5 decent fish on one before it was too beat up to use again.
  18. Yes, the black with blue flake, and the green pumpkin are really good. I use mine for skipping under cover like docks. The flat sides really make it skip easy. One I've been trying lately is the Missile Baits Missile Craw. It's worked really well as a follow up to a missed bite in lily pads while frog fishing. For straight up punching mats I use a 1/2oz to 1oz punching weight and a Rage Tail lobster. Mmmmmmmm..... That's some fun fishing right there.
  19. Zoom finesse worm in black. Any lake, any day, any time. For me, it just works.
  20. Tubes are fantastic! Squirt some megastrike up inside of it.
