Picked up a bunch of the Rapala shadow raps and the Lucky Craft SKR DR crankbaits for just under $5, and 3 packages of VMC spinshot dropshot hooks $2/ea. Otherwise there really wasn't much to get excited about.

Zoom trick worm. Shakey, dropshot, t-rigged, wacky, neko rig, jika rig, and others I've never heard of. You could probably use it as a replacement for the tail on some of the rat swimbaits out there, too.How was that even possible? They won't be available for 2 more weeks. Maybe you were able to help Doc fix the Flux capacitor? ?For me the main gripe is that the t-wing widens the frame of the reel. It's why I refuse to buy the zillion tws. From what I have heard is that Daiwa was able to narrow down the tws for the Steez, but until a side by side comparison can be made I will not be holding my breath in anticipation.The two rods that I have experience with are the GL2 853c JWR and the 822s Drop shot rod (spinning). The 812c SBR is a spinnerbait rod, but is only rated for 3/8oz to 1/2oz. I think it would be ideal for throwing a 1/4oz popper. Can you make it work? I'm sure you can depending on your reel and your skill at casting. For me, when I am throwing a popper I will use a spinning reel instead. Sorry I can't provide more specific feedback.I feel for you and lived through it when the Browns moved to Baltimore. It sucks. There's no other way around it. I fixed it by wrapping some cloth athletic tape around the nut and also covering the rest of the exposed threads. If the customs agents feel like holding the package then it doesn't matter if you buy the reel from Jesus Christ himself.The shipping times will take the same regardless of the vendor as they send packages via EMS. Both Japan Tackle and Japan Lure Shop do a great job of getting things shipped out, and EMS is just as reliable as FedEx or UPS. The final deliver once it gets to the US is handled by USPS.
