I decided not to get a FB account for fear that there may be a global meltdown of the internet from the millions of people rushing to be my "friend" LOL, JK. I don't have a FB because I would end up posting something stupid that would get me in trouble.

It was the OKC Fox station. They were out of power. Why in the world they don't have generators to use as backup is beyond me. So anyone in the OKC viewing area was SOL.

I bet that was sweet. I don't like the Yanks either, but he seems like a good guy.

I have called 5 different people(3 dish & 2 Direct TV users) and none of them are able to watch it. I also just spoke to Dish and they are aware of the issue. Maybe you are the only one who can watch it. First you said you were watching on Dish, then you said you were watching on local. So maybe just the local is working.

I have Dish. I have every other channel on my Dish except Fox.

I don't understand!!!!!!! The only All Star game that actually means anything and Fox screws it up!!!!!!!! I hope I'm not the only one who has missed the last 25 min of action. As an avid baseball fan, I love to see the best of the best go at it for WS home field advantage.

Any BH through the vitals will kill a deer. Shot placement is far more important than any BH choice. There are certain BH's that may work better for a shoulder shot (ie a fixed blade head) and there are certain BH's that will work better for a gut shot deer (ie large mech). If you plan on making a bad shot, you need to consider where that bad shot may take place. If you plan on making a good shot, it doesn't matter what BH you use. You are going to read a million different things about this head or that head that didn't work, when the truth of the matter is the person made a bad shot and needs to blame something. But hey, that is what society is teaching people these days, always blame someone or something other than yourself. Okay, off my soap box.

I like to ask people to shake hands or try to give them a high five while using the urinal. It really irks some people. But don't fear, I worked in a restaurant for 6 years, someone washing their hands after using the restroom should really be the least of your worries, BTW never send your order back, no matter how much they screwed it up Either leave and refuse to pay, or just eat what they gave you, TRUST ME!

I love to hunt. Deer, ducks, dove, yotes, squirrels, and I am especially fond of beaver hunting.

Okay, this is a very slippery slope subject. I have spoken to a couple of game wardens who actually had differing opinions on the subject. In OK if the fish is considered a "sport fish" then it cannot be used for bait while it is still alive. However, I was told by one warden that if you caught the fish by legal means, then you are free to do with the fish what you want. For example, you could eat the fish, feed it to your dogs or fertilize your garden with it. He said that once the fish is dead in your possession, then you are free to do as you wish. I do me best to keep up with all laws and regulations because I don't want to break them, so I have asked more than once. A good dead Crappie makes some great Catfish bait

I'm not putting this on here because I want anyone to feel sorry for me. I just want everyone to take a minute and think about the loved ones you have in your lives and make sure they know you love them. I found out this morning that my uncle, the man who taught me how to fish, hunt, clean rabbits and squirrels decided to take his own life. I have been thinking all day about what I could have done to help him out. I live less than a mile away from him and I probably didn't go see him as much as I should have. I don't know what demons he was having to deal with, I just wish I could have done something. I never told Doug how much he meant to me, and I regret it. Make sure to tell your loved ones how much they mean to you, you never know what difference it could make.

This....... I have caught 5 lb bass on tiny little in-line spinners and I have caught 8" bass on 10" power worms. I like knowing I have 5 in the box. Now, catching 25+ 14" ers is not a lot of fun either, I have been there before.
