ASL - American Sign Language
My kids are going to take the class with my wife and I. My 10 year old daughter is really interested in learning. I told her it would be great for her to learn it and maybe even major in it when she gets to college. Much like Spanish, knowing sign lanuage can open up a world of opportunities for a person.

Why couldn't I throw this in the winter effectively?
I have NEVER and I mean NEVER went fishing and NOT threw a T-Rig at some point during the trip. I couldn't do it. LOL

Metanium 2020 and the Steez A
I own the Met but not the Steez. But I would be happy as a dead pig in the sunshine to own either. I have owned the older model Steez reels and they are amazing.

How To Motivate A Young Man
When my son turned 16 I told him he needed to find a job. He is driving a hand me down Tahoe that was my wife's old vehicle. I told him as long as he was working, I would buy him one tank of gas a month. He drives to school and work and that is it. He only works part time, just 3 days a week, but he has been at it for 3 months now. He has saved up over $1,500 so far. We were talking about it last night and my 10 year old daughter said, "Now that you have a job, I think it's time you get your own house so I can have your room". Would you like me to have her talk the guy for you?????

ASL - American Sign Language
Does anyone here know ASL or know of an easy way to learn it? I have a niece that married a deaf man and he is a really nice guy. I hate that I have no way to communicate with him at family gatherings. I have been watching YouTube videos and I even enrolled in an online class with the Oklahoma School for the Deaf this semester to try to learn it so I can communicate with him. Do any of you have any tips or tricks, because so far, I am not doing very well. LOL

Totally agree. Just like guys who buy cheap broadheads and bullets.

A little help from my friends.... A community project.
There is a lot going on there and I am not familiar with a lot of those items, but here is what I would suggest as a co-angler. One spinning rod (your choice ML or M), four casting rods, a M for treble baits, MH for moving baits, MH for soft plastics, H for jigs. This is what I would do down here where I fish. Sounds like you may need more spinning gear and leave the heavy stick at home though, I have no experience with lakes like that.

White Spinnerbaits
I don't think any of the lakes I fish have any thing that resembles a baby brush hog in them, but they seem to work.

The Road To The Super Bowl 2022
Yep, terrible play call right there. Make them return it and take 4-5 seconds off the clock.

The Road To The Super Bowl 2022
Well, I had no dog in the fight and it was a great game. But the NFL OT rule really sucks!!!!!! Basically decided by a coin toss. Not fair at all to not give both teams a possession.

I quit!!!
Well, I made a really tough decision today. I have been a volunteer fireman for the last 11 years. I have seen and been through things that most people shouldn't see. I loved serving my community and loved serving with my brothers. That being said, when I got on the dept. I was single and had all the time in the world to go fight fires, work wrecks, do lift assists, etc. But since then I have taken over a new role as a step dad and I just haven't had the time to be there for the dept. like I should have. Between my 3 girls they played in 314 games in 2021, basketball and softball combined, and I coached in a lot of those games. We had a meeting this past Wed. and we went over the numbers of calls made the past year and I realized I was hurting the dept. by not being there. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but after a few days of thinking, I turned my badge and radio in today. I didn't want to, but I want these guys to be able to replace me with someone that can be there more than I can. All I could tell them was my family comes first and I won't miss being with them so I can sit at home just in case we get a call.
