  1. ours has already been raided. I got rage blades, rapalas, Molix Lovers, Arashis, Yellow Magic, Strike King, etc. for like .48 to $1.48. Braid for $4.88. Some killer deals
  2. I love them. I also prefer the O'shaugnessy bend which is what most of them have.
  3. yes. Lucky Craft is/has discontinued a lot of products. Very weird company. The Wake baits I love are as well.
  4. The Phenix 3 got discontinued as of September 30th. If you like them, you better buy the rest of them off of T W. I loaded up on D&M Piranha's when they got discontinued. Have yet to find anything I currently like. I guess the Project Z would be what I purchase when I run out of D&M.
  5. I have used monos, copolys, and braids and I have stuck to 80lb braid. Never had a cast off in over 2 years with braid. Had many castoffs with mono and copoly. Not using braid with swimbaits is a myth.
  6. Dirty Jigs is the only way. They have an awesome Finesse Swim Jig
  7. I toss mine on a swimbait rod. Check out the Dobyns Fury 795SB. Right around $110 new and great for the WP130
  8. wow, surprised nobody has mentioned Picasso which is the same mold as the older TruTungsten weights.
  9. give the bait a second to resurface after it lands.
  10. i use 7 gear ratio with squarebills.
  11. only peg if you have too.
  12. I have caught more fish on a Netbait T-Mac or Finesse worm in Bama Craw. My all-time #1 favorite color.
  13. Dirty Jigs is all I use as well.
  14. the colors are different. Especially the Rayburn Red that everyone goes nuts over. The gold isn't as pronounced in the newer bait.
  15. I have had nothing but good transactions with them.
  16. in my opinion the hooks suck. I swap them all to ST-36s. I have even seen split rings break too.
  17. Did you change hooks out? Most should start immediately. I figured if you switched to a heavier hook, it would weigh it down more.
  18. I have a DX703SF I do everything with. But I don't like too light of a rod. Rod is excellent.
  19. It is very annoying. I could not get the Curado to stop screeching no matter what I did so I sold it.
  20. I have been using straight braid on my swimbait rods lately since I fish from a kayak and the stretch of mono kills my hooksets. I use 80lb.
  21. They will not send you the upgraded T-Wing. For warranty, you have to send the entire reel into to Daiwa. I know cause I tried to get them to send me the T-Wings. lol I did not ever have line break cause of the groove which was nice, but it sill left me worried about what would happen if big mama got hooked.
  22. The HD and Zillion and other newer model reels have the thinner T-Wing. Only the Tatula has the wider one, so obviously they changed it to help prevent the grooving. They told me it could be from pressure or from overspooling, which is strange responses. I have combinations of mono, fluoro, and braid so no idea which ones did it.
  23. I had grooving on 5 out of my 7 Tatulas. Contacted Daiwa and sent them in for repair. They replaced the T-Wings on all of my 7 Tatulas to the thinner newer T-Wing. Didn't have any communication with them to know why or what caused it. They sent them back 3 days later so no complaints from me.
  24. I have both the DX744 and DX 745 For texas rigs, jigs under 1/2oz, spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, etc. I use the 744 For jigs over 1/2oz or fishing heavier type cover, I use the 745
  25. there is a reason most JDM squarebills and the KVDs are silent. You don't need rattles in them, even in murky water. If you are fishing a crankbait correctly, they know where it is.
