  6. Ugly stix elite are nice and sensitive. No love for the ugly stix
  7. Steez USA is like a Type R version while the SS SV standard. Same thing, Steez is just a souped up a bit. I'll stick to the full Magnesuim Steez, EX older steez and 6.3 SV. Plus they should of kept the flush handle nut on the newer Steez SV. IMO
  8. Pick up a Majorcraft Skyroad 9' light for castinig spoons, darter heads/plastic.
  9. Has anyone try Mend It on the frogs and how well does that hold up?
  10. Fleet Farm FTW where Im from
  11. They should make more rats tail with rabbit hair like the Slither k. Killer lure right there
  12. budget rod the Kistler KLX 6'6" med-light x4 hedgehog can get at tackledirect x7 super eiger more for bottom contact or eiger northwall more for moving baits x7 criffhanger major craft MSX BFS models Out of these rods I felt and fish I really like the hedgehog.
  13. Both side depending on the wind and angle where I cast. Very easy to use with stake out pole. Just make sure the pulley are way up by bow & stern for maximum angle position.
  14. Drop shots and vision 110. Try the Ned rig too
  15. Kayak fishing is a great exercise and seem to remedy my shoulder problem. But sometimes I think back when I started like how did I learn so much. Now Im so multi task talented. The other day I had 2 rods on deck plus the paddle and stack out pole. Paddling in the wind, staking out, casting, setting what down first along with some fish on and what not. Try working around with that all day and I was amaze to a degree of level that I thought I'd never get too. It crazy fun how far I came to adapting to these things
  16. But I think before I get any of the TWS tatula body style versions it would be the Tatula HLC
  17. I wouldn't mind the TW but the cleaning is what will get me with the mag seal and stuff. I don't know much about mag seal but heard somewhere that you need to send the reel in.
  18. The lake is located in Wasau
  19. has any body bass fish there before? How is the water clarity, any good area on the south side of the lake or north more, what was your successful lure used? Btw I will be on my kayak and doing a tournament fishing. I've never fish there before so I want to know some pointers before I go basically.
  20. Sweet I was a late bloomer and never got a chance to fish the first zillions. I've heard great stories with these platforms.
  21. Golden oak is what you want
  22. ACK got a really nice anchor trolley kit. But you must drill I beleive a 3/8 hole which I think its pretty big and thats what I did. If I could take back time I would of done the no drill and just used the bow and stern handle by tying the cord on there instead. Even though my Kayak is more rounded and not straight the cord would come over the deck and not lay flat on the side of the kayak, Its alright because when you use the trolley system it hangs over to the sides anyway.
  23. I don't have much but I'll go first. This Iobee frog been through alot of 3-4 pounders, some turtles and even Northerns. The livetarget seen its day with dozens of 1 pounders. Small fish where Im from but thats ok still lots of fun. Now your turn guys and gals post of your battle scars.
