Found some dirt cheap Lucky Craft Flash Pointer 115's - Ghost Minnow, Lightning Pointer 98XR's Bone Pro-Blue, and 1 BD Jerkbait BDJ-115 in Gizzard Shad. I've never used Jerkbaits that much. What do you guys know about these I've listed? What is your favorite Jerkbait? I fish a lot rip raps, tail-races of dams, and lakes/ponds. Where do you normally toss them?

Did you ever nab up any? What's the verdict now days on the Original vs the KO??

Hey Keeper! Blessings your way bro. Just spoke with a guy from Foley Spoon/Dixie Fishing Tackle and we're supposed to be hooking on some of these new & improved versions. He told me straight up that, "Foley Spoons actually put the Bojole Flutter Spoons out of Business!" ??☠️ I certainly appreciate this additional link in case something goes south on this deal...what the heck I may just order from both guys...it ain't nothing but money right??? ****UPDATE*** Foun out they've been replaced by Foley Spoons. Is anyone familair with this brand of spoons?

Hey Guys, Been trying to lcoate these particular spoons for doing some tailrace fishing @ Wheeler Dam. A guy named Benny Hull aka the "Ol Stump Bumper" was selling them and fishing them for years. I spoke with a local guide and he said they went out of business and sold the last remaining inventory to a tackle outfit named, "Foley". Is anybody familar with these spoons or know anything about Foley Tackle? Or can you pass down some proven winners for certain spoons that you've fished with around the dams? Hey Studs, Got some great deals from Tackle Warehouse today using their Memorial Day discount on top of my Veteran status. Nabbed a few Mann's Ghost topwater lure in a pearl white, black, and frog pattern. Have any of you guys used it with good results...if so what what your most productive retrieve? Picked up some discontinued YUM Buzzfrogs in black & watermelon red & I also nabbed a few Zoom Horny Toads in black/chart & green pumpkin. I've read some terrible reviews on ze old YUM Buzzfrog, but my wife & I use 1/4 or 1/8 weighted hooks and always catch bass! How does it compare to the Zoom Horny Toad in you guys experiences? Or better yet...what has proven to be the best "non-hollowed frog" for you? Have a good one, Reg

I had old friend who was die-hard Shakey head fan...unfortunately he passed away in 2016, before we could get out on the water together...he swore by em! I've got some shakey jig heads...whats the key to working and getting them to produce?

Yep....gotta get comfortable tossing some plastic. I've got a good selection of "Baby brush hogs, flukes, lizards, trigger X BIG MOE, SwimSenkos, Yamasenko's, Yum Dingers...just gotta TOSS EM!! LOL?

Awesome feedback! Seems like I caught more, the less tackle/lures that I had. Spinnerbait, Buzzbait, and a bag of GillRakers use to do the trick...of course that was in late 80's also! ? Geo, I'm not a man given to worry...just sharing my situation.?

Hey guys, Been trying to get back in the swing of things bass fishing wise. Yet, I've noticed I'm in a habit of just tossing whats comfortable, i.e. "KVD 1.0 Sexy Chart Shad, Spinner-bait, Rattle-Trap, an occasional Fluke...yet I've got a ton of quality lures! Guess I've grown kinda lazy... I don't have a boat and many of the great spots are limited from the shore & the gator explosion around here is also a formidable game changer!! ? What are you guys tossing that is putting decent bass in the boat or on the stringer? I really need to put more time on the water! Thanks, Reg

Great write up about your daughters accomplishment. It's always a blessing & a great feeling to pass on something to your kiddo's and you witness it bring them a sense of joy and fulfillment. Here is my daughter Jayla's PB large-mouth she snagged from Beeswax Creek in Columbiana, AL. Here also is the behind the scenes story; "I gave her my beaten old school Bass Pro Shop bait-caster that I was about to trash, she rebuilds it, loads it with 12lb Trilene XL, tosses a 12 inch Zoom Mag OL Monster pumpkin-seed colored worm around and through a shallow weed bed...and BOOM a 7.8lb bucket-mouth erupts and she hauls it in!!!! Beats the crap outta my PB!!!?? ? ??

Thanks. Looks like my bear paws? may have rendered it in-operable though. The plate came off of the area that houses the brakes and when I "finally" got it back on, the reel handle will turn, but the spool no longer turns or moves...something goofy happened!?? Got any trouble shooting ideas? I'm lost on bait casters period....

Found an old childhood pal on the cheap via the internet. Boy, did me and brother used to tear em up on shallow flats and slinging this up & down the local creek. Long before a buzz-bait, plastic worm, or a Rat-L trap, this was a favorite lure of mine! Anybody have any good memories or stories surrounding the jointed Rapala J-11? ...if so do tell.
