Banking Fishing Tips?
I usually bring two rods when I am wading.. one thats in my casting hand and the other I tuck into my left wader while I cast on my right side..

Banking Fishing Tips?
I find a pair of hip waders always useful.. even though some trips I never go in, you never know when going in thigh deep may be able to get off a better cast to reach a good target.

I rushed to grab her but she squirmed away.. alil ticked. Still got these to submit though.. This one is a 17.5" I didnt line him up perfect in the pic.. How Many Largemouth Bass Does Using Swivel Snaps Cost Me?
I lost one fish to a snap failure and that was enough to go on a search for the better snap swivel setup. I've also lost expensive swimbaits on swivel failures as well.. ..but I've yet to fail after using interlock snaps where I cut out the swivel and re-install Spro power swivels rated at 50lb.. small but strong! So interlock snaps + Spro powerswivel.. try it

Thick Hydrilla Fishing
I'm afraid the only options are to work the edges which may or may not yield bounty depending on conditions OR to pitch through the thick stuff. Its time consuming and aggravating at times but its about the only way when summer lunkers are hunkered in their mats..

Icast 2014
Sure hope the KVD is a copy of the Keitech.. so far the KVD knockoffs imo have been better than the originals.. and I hate payin an arma nd a leg for Keitechs.. but it says the KVD is for chatterbait trailers.. does anyone use Keitechs fro that? I'd think it'd be overkill..

Best Clearwater Crankbait?
Usually in clearwater I do throw the smaller cranks more often and I find the louder colors are actually better for the smaller cranks. Must admit I do throw my Scatter Rap in babybass alot though as well in clearwater.

Trailer On A Frog?
Unless you work the frog with little action, I think that trailer hook will eventually snag on the heavy stuff and defeats the purpose of a weedless frog.

What's The Chance Of A Bass Breaking An Ultra-Lite Rod?
I've pulled a large 4 pounder out with my kids shakespeare micro.. and it was out of the weeds too. Boy was that fun but on the edge the whole time.. rod didnt snap but it sure didnt help a whole heck of alot.

80Lb Power Pro Slick 8 Line
Slick 8 casts pretty good but 80lb thickness is going to put a damper on your frog casting distance. Hollow body frogs arent all that heavy.. if you arent worried about casting distance and are doubling yer rod maybe for flippin & pitchin' maybe.. 80 lbs for a lunker punker.. yea .. for koppers hollow frog.. meh

How Many Casts
I bank fish alot as well cause its sometimes a hassle to get the boat out This is really an art and no easy answer you read and read and read but when yer on the water in the pressure of the situation you are relying on intuition and judgement which come together from a deep-down understanding (or nor understanding) of the experience and knowledge you have accumulated so do you stay in one spot or move on? I think Rick Clunn put it best when he said you have to be an aware fisherman taking in everything around you and then you can make the best decision as they say the 90% of fish are in 10% of water depending on the season, weather, conditions that 10% may shift around so like the pros, imo you need to cover water to find out where the strikes are coming from narrowing down where they are right now then narrowing down what they are looking for in lures the conditions are changing all the time and sometimes even when yo have them figured out, something changes so you need to adapt this is also a bit different if you are say going after the biggest fish rather than just any fish sorry if this is a bit drawn out w/o conclusion

Frogging In Very Thick Pads
Hydrilla is still ok for hollow body frogs .. thick mats over hydrilla and the tendency for bass to pop a hole goes way down for me.. when the thick stuff forms, its flip and pitch time.

Sleepy Bass

Found Two Lures In Water Today, Need Help Identifying.
H2O express is a knock-off company? Cause that jerkbait is obviously in the shape of a 110
-
Lucky Craft
Catch and grease yea I agree.. imo locating fish is #1 Once located, those $6 lures will often do just as well for most
-
Lucky Craft
Been using a Yozuri jerkbait I found in the water and its got sweet action caught fish second cast. Rapala xrap has been good to me as well but the Yozuri has me sold so far.. may get me some newer models.

Found Two Lures In Water Today, Need Help Identifying.
Well the second one with the curve under the belly looks like a megabass 110.. u lucky dog! Unless they are knockoffs.. If they are legit and both the same brand then doubly lucky! I found a clown Yozuri Hardcore Duel jerkbait the other day as well.. rigged it up tossed it back in.. jerk..jerk.. 2nd cast caught a fish.

How To Focus On Large Bass Only
Think about it this way. Its not that big bass eat big baits only.. they will eat big and little..depending on the season, time of day, mood, personality. When you toss a lil bait out there and the bass are hungry, the smaller bass are also going after it and they are generally more aggressive imo and will hammer it before the big gals get to them. By presenting a big bait, you are culling out the potential smaller sized bass from taking on yer lure and hoping the bigger gals are hungry and willin. I used to toss big bait and still do.. but I like to catch more than 1-2 fish an outing so I also go after the small and medium fish. Its all about what yer after. Many times in going after big fish, you have nothing to show for at the end of the day.

Spincasters
Daiwa Goldcast is the best spincaster from experience. I've hauled lotsa big gals out of the lakes and they keep on tickin' Almost all metal parts.. oscillating spool.. oversized aperature. I have a pic on my profile w/ Daiwa Goldacast..
