Are these the aqueducts everyone films car chase scenes in ? I assume they are off limits to the public ? No, youre thinking of the LA River and all the drainage canals around there I think. The aqueduct runs from the San Joaquin River Delta in northern california, and runs all the way to the greater LA area. It is the biggest crock of **** I have ever seen. All of our water is sold to the central valley and southern california. We get reservoirs that are 150ft low, nearly non-existant salmon runs, and a completely unstable Delta.
