  1. I don't buy expensive baits (all under $10) including Yammi Senkos and Rage Tail, and tungsten isn't that expensive. I will not feel bad when I lose them no matter where I'm fishing.
  2. I do it when It sits awhile between outings (with muffs), but if I use it every other week I don't. I might blip it just to make sure the starter works. Iv'e done that a few times, but there is still water in the system when it does happen. I'll either shut off the motor or just trim down.
  3. Or Lew's on a Kastking rod... Those shorts are pretty comfortable. Don't forget the Zekos...
  4. All I got... Wierd pose, like I'm trying to show off my hat...
  5. Well, this is awkward...
  6. His first ever frog fish: Our first catches at a new to us spot the weekend after the tropical storm: Swinging Bridges Resivoir NY (Don't use the public boat ramp... when you come back ya gonna be trying to back up the trailer thru a block party....) A Snot Rocket (was actually peeling line off my baitcaster) and a Bronze Back: On a side note, we got to see 2 juvi and 1 adult Bald Eagle... so that was cool .
  7. We went to Montauk Saturday to Today got skunked on the freshwater lakes/ ponds, but the other bass were on point... Oh and this was the week before localy:
  8. Our bass these past couple a months. Would of enjoyed going out more but other things need to get done. And some Mauntok Bass... Yeah, we have filets for a few days...
  9. If that's at the bow, it's the holes for the bow eye. Just get one and install it.
  10. I'll bring snacks and some drinks, but for a lunch break we'll float up to a lake side restaurant, dock and eat at that establishment.
  11. I throw jigs year round and always to cover or structure. I don't throw them much in dense weeds or lilly pads though cause they tend to get caught up in them.
  12. Brow piercing...
  13. Ordered some Berkley jerkbaits from TW, but I wont see them till the 12th of next month...
  14. Whole boat, but that's the price for up here. So $1700 if I did my 17.5' boat. A stripe probably less.
  15. Iv'e been quoted $100 per foot.
  16. Yeah, I'll stick with the Alberto or Albright. If you want less knot, do the albright knot. I do 4 minimum wraps to keep the knot small.
  17. Me being a Lew's Fan Boi, I approve this thread...
  18. Lol, I knew they were around and I am a fan of the regular Pad Crashers, but never bought any. A while back I found one at a lake I was fishing and put it in my tackle bag... Well last Thursday I tied it on and caught 2 fish on it, and again this past Saturday. Like some have said I'm pretty sure the fatties will eat it, but I've only caught under 2 pounders. Definitely going to buy some this time. By the way, I was chucking that thing on a Heavy Fast rod with 60 lb braid, and this frog casts a mile.
  19. I have both Spyderwire bags, a backpack and sling pack. They are both pretty good, comfortable, and not to expensive.
  20. Well hello there stranger...
  21. I see them... They see me... I just move on...
