Yep, same issue here with the Stren flouro.... It blows. Now I only use it for leader, and works great. Bought some Suffix Invisaline, and will give that a try. I use braid on everything, but just want to use something on one set up without a leader knot affecting a pitch or a flip.

Great deal, I just recieved my rebate yesterday. Took about a week and a half, not bad.

This will be my off season routine. Another technique to try to learn also when trying to get under things is skipping a jig, but you might need actual water to practice this one (if you live up North like me, it will be tough with the hard water).

^You went for the 7:1 probably. I was gonna go with that one also, but I already have a 7:1. I saw the backorder so I went with the 6:1 instead. Still want to get another 7:1 though.

I only bank fish right now and I have 7 set ups, but I only take 3. I'm just collecting so when I get a boat next year, I can clutter the deck.
