The rod you are using comes into play with your decision, but since you mention the current reels you use - I would go with the 30 size.

I believe that certain Walmart's are better than others, especially pertaining to their fishing departments. I know that the Walmart I checked had Bull Frog, Baby Bass, and Clear. I don't recall them having Bone. Try a few different Walmart's for a differnt selection. I like the Heddon Super Spook Jr. better than the puppies. Give one a try...
