Got My Curado I Reels Today! Confused About Something Though...
Reels are bought and returned ALOT.. Over greasing Is common.... Mine were too... Maybe make a hundred or so cast in a wide open area, then try and remove some of that excess grease.

I Need Some Reassurance!!!
These are somewhat expensive accidents/ misfortunes,etc... It's not unheard of, you won't be the last to do it. If you marked the area... Try dredging and you may find it... Are you scuba licensed ? Well guy hold you head up, and get out you're wallet! Best wishes...

Football Jig Vs Carolina Rig
I will say that bass will absolutely eat off the bottom... I have stuck Hundreds off football jigs... Sloooow Drag/steady crank retrieval . I just use a c rig to help find hidden structure to pick apart with Trigs or Jigs depending... I am not a great fan of c rigging, personally , I also use lead weighted crankbaits to drag/ troll to find hotspots (structure)...

Fishing Buddy Needed In Pennsylvania.
Enjoy the Forums... I fished for years in creeks, rivers, ponds, small lakes, almost never in a boat! Boating and Friends most certainly are also great joys, but you Don't have to Have a boat to enjoy fishing..... Nevertheless I understand you're desire, I wish you all the best in you're Endeavors.

Flipping/pitching Injuries?
I don't Flip with braid, I also use a Heavy/ Moderate/ Fast Rod from 7'5" to 7'11", However, I have also used 6'6" heavy rods w/ heavy mono. My Hooksets get it done, certainly not photogenic, no matter... That set up absorbs shock thru out line/ rod/ hook/ sinker/jig... That said, Rigs will and are always going to come back at you. A man on this Thread suggested clear safety glasses at night, I couldn't Agree more. Be Careful, But enjoy the great outdoors.

Tackle Tour Reviews Bps Pro Qualifier
There is no question in my mind... TT is very Biased , heavily,...in my personal observation ,...of years of reading, towards Shimano... I like my shimanos, but Diawas are just as dependable, as far as I can tell plenty of users enjoy their Lews, PQ's ..etc... What Pleases people is very personal, shared information is important... But generally is not Finite, I mean seriously, for the sale price of the reel? Who else can or will compete? The reel series has loyal followers... No one can dispute that.

Tackle Tour Reviews Bps Pro Qualifier
Don't like them at all, just a pitiful braking system, drag, etc.... Buy Shimano or Diawa, either company Excels with the baitcast reel, I suppose they are popular, though I don't understand why.

Average Length Of Casts For Bass? The Reason For My Sore Shoulder
My 2nd biggest LMB , was caught with maybe 14 feet of line out, 2 feet off edge of Craft... Just sayin, depends on several factors, overcasting from a Yak may just be adding stress to you're muscles .... I can't throw big cranks like I used too, I mean I can? But I will pay, my shoulder has too much wear and tear, I think you're low profile in the water is contributing to you're pain... Reminds me of repeated Archery shooting from my knees... Shooting right/ left angles... Just harder on the bone /muscle structure....

How Do You Rig A Senko With Shrink Tubing: Heated, Unheated, Pierce It, Slide Under It?
Nice to see Guido Hibbon still getting it done.. I learned a great deal from the man in the late 80's and thruout the 90's about Finnese presentations, large spinning reels, he always used a 4000 diawa spinner for lite work... The man is a icon in bass fishing, his son is pretty d**n good too! Guido Bug!

Last Gen Used Stradic Or Current Gen New Symetre/pflueger Supreme
Personally , I don't think anyone does line management better than Shimano... Cast so well.. Buying used is always risky, buy new when possable... Both company's make really good copy's... And really bad...
-
Square Bill Line
Yea, rocks are destructive for any line types....CXX or Yozuri hybrid... Some folks can't or don't like to throw these lines... IMO ... They are the best lines for almost all my fishing

Something Scary Is Happening
