  2. Im planing on going in 2015, need to save some money. Wouldve loved to go this year but financially its a bad time for a trip that far. Im in CT, if the trip was a.boarding state id definitely be there.

  4. I'd guess they have around 25 boats with trolling motors. They always have plenty boats without and if you bring your own trolling mortor ypu can get the boat for 10$. I probably went 20+ times this year mostly on saturdays and I always got a boat and motor. It mightve helped I was always there within a half hr of opening. There nice guys that work there so a phone call might help save you a motor. Awesome to see all the CT guys. Glad the thread is liked. Maybe we can get a CT BR outing on Candle Wood sometime this year.

  7. Also picked up the same rod MH FA at the fishing show for $40. I know its not nearly the same as a Loomis but i got it so cheap I couldnt pass it up. In my hand it feels good, I like the balance and weight, it fits well with my Okuma Trio. Im also wondering what ppl think of it. I heard there rated low. Brian Thanks
  8. Welcome! Hey guys. Got friends in Albany (saw Springsteen there a couple years ago), many summers at Lake George and a brother in Rochester, and from what I hear very good fishing. Its so gorgeous up there. Enjoy the site and good luck fishing!
  9. Im just starting to learn to throw a baitcaster and I dont want to spend much money. Ive got a decent older shamano baitcaster and I have a spin casting pole. Was wondering if pairing the two together was a problem? Thanks guys

  14. Breakfast sanwich on my way ro lake. Water and Gatorade are always on hand. I always bring something to eat if its gonna be a long day.it always changes. Could be a sandwich and chips, sunflower seeds or jerky a bagel or donuts, cold pizza etc. Aslong as it fits in my lil lunchbox.

  18. Hey Mike love the show. I was watching the show before I was a BR member, I had no idea you were intill I saw a post you made shortly after I joined. Thats when I realized how special BR really is, I never expected to get such high quality of advice from people like yourself on a message board. And seeing Glenn on there was awesome. Thanks to both you,Glenn and all the other guys for making a new bass angler feel very welcome and for making fishing fun and cool.

  20. Hey all, I got my LTB today and recieved a Lunar Lures 5in jerk bait. I cant seem to find much about this product on there web page. I was wondering if anyone knew the diving depth on them. Also whats your opinion on it. Brian
