Me and a buddy are going on weekend long fishing trip next week. He is wanting to buy a Castaway Taranis Magnum Med Heavy before our trip. That particular rod is sold out on Tackle Warehouse and the Castaway website. I've checked every retail website I can think of, but have had no success that carries it. I looked at other online fishing stores, but had the same luck. If any of ya'll know where I can find one, please let me know. Thanks, Jason

Make sure you get one that you can soak in the water and will keep you from burning up. My favorite is the one from Strike King. I just dip it in and it'll hold that water for a few hours, keeping me cool and comfortable.

I use a 7'6" Duckett Micro Magic Pro, paired with a Lews Tournament MB, spooled with 20lb main line and 15lb leader

I talk to my self about how much I hate the sport, and how I'm never gonna go fishing again. Then, I think about how much to sell all my gear for. Followed by me pondering what hobby to take up next. This cycle goes on for an hour or so, then I go out to the garage and get my stuff ready for next week.

Yeah, you do. You have Falls and Harris. I have Norman and Wylie. Falls and Harris often have 7lbs plus size fish being pulled out of there. Norman is good for big quantity but its rare to break the 11lb mark.

My brother was ''that guy" the other day. We were catching tons of fish, I look back and see this.
