Have a pond just like that! Weightless ribbon tails and flukes! Can't go wrong with a topwater frog

Just wondering how big some of the fish you guys have caught on your fly rods! Pictures and stories appreciated!

It'd have to be 12 inch ribbon tail for me!

I'm still a bit of kid, but I try to help when I can! I've had plenty of help from others and I like to give back when I can!

At least it wasn't a long distance release!

Sometimes I'll fish it like a jerk bait! Other times just burn it, I do the subsurface thing sometimes! I'm not a huge crank guy though!

Lipless crank maybe??

I'd have to disagree on that one! I fished those storm baits hard for about to months and only caught a handful of fish

Huddleston 68 special weedless! Got mine a few weeks ago and I love it! It's 2 oz but close enough right?

I've always been able to keep a magnum fluke on top much easier! Also my favorite way to fish it

I'm looking for less rare species! Lol I just want to go and out and catch a few! The dueschutes river and the sun river is what'd I be fishing!

I'm going to bend, Oregon this week and we are staying no more than 200 yards from it! I'd like to fish there but I have no clue where to start even on what species so anything will help!

Finally caught a couple on my huddleston, and I can say I'm addicted! Had a blast, lost 2 fish though! One 5-6 pounds right at my feet the other I couldn't tell ya! Enjoy the pics

I've bought a few bags of the strike king bleeding tubes(white and red) Worked great in my pond, out on the lake, and on the river, for largemouth that is!

It's a heavy! Rated for up to 2 ounces, not sure on the action. It has a fairly soft tip

Just got in my first swimbaits! I got the 68 special and the 6 inch in baby bass! I've got an older rod if my dads for them, it's a im6 browning syntec! The reel is a quantum pr600cx! Any tips on fishing them and what not would be appreciated!

I'd have to agree with this, but I also feel sometimes color can make quite the difference, other times not at all
