i may try a KLX. ive never owned a kistler rod. that new magnesium looks good as well. alot of postitive reviews.

the KLX rods. did they update those? he just had a clearance sale and all were out of stock and now theyre back at normal price and most all are in stock.

i rememver the email for the klx sale. i definitely regret not picking one up

good. the few times ive been i was in a rush and said screw it ill come back later im going friday and stocking up.

isthat the only model available? the 6'10 MH? im thinking of grabbing one myself

anyone still fish the 100d or 200d curados? i never owned one but see them pop up in classifieds from time to time and have thought about tryin one whenever a good deal comes along. the E and I series are two of my favorite reels

^ thats the rod i almost bought last year. they had em for like 130 awhile now theyre like 169 or so. anyway looks like a solid rod

powell diesel is a decent crankbait rod

i think with the new X its mostly different components, guides and split grip. i have a gift card to basspro so i reckon ill wait til they hav em in stock

ive got two local DSG. checked out one yesterday. didnt hav alot of time or ida picked up some baits. hopefully the sale will be still on next week and ill go back. couls hav picked up a Crucial for 60bucks

will probably try one. last year i used a Powell Max 683 for my texas rigs but i think im gonna use it this year for my designated senko rod

aside from checking out the new carbonlites i was hoping basspro would have some Avid X in stock. sadly they did not. ive never owned a st croix. how do their mh/f feel? like a broomstick? was gonna try the new avid as my texas rig rod.

just left basspro. those new carbonlite rods r sick! amazingly light. not crazy about the color tho. saw a rack on the floor with about 100 of the previous model carbonlites all piled in it.

hows the sensitivity of the falcon lowrider rods. handled the new Lowrider 20 model the other day and love it. was thinking about getting the weightless worm casting rod for a dedicated senko rod if its got good sensitivity

im with those who look for the deals on the previous models. tho ill likely splurge on a new model rod and reel or two this season

anyone on the bass fishing yard sale page on fb? some guy just sold a revo winch for 60 bucks. and a curado 200e5 for 60 bucks. was hilarious looking at everyone fight over getting the deal. ida jumped on it myself but was a little late. apparently it was a legit deal the guy who won posted pic and had em on his rod already
