Most of outrs aren't true owned private ponds and lakes they are city owned, golf course ponds, or retirement home ponds and such. I'm not really talking like private home owner land

Here in fl most of our ponds and lakes are private property in one form or another. You guys still fish them? Ever asked to leave?

Not sure, I know florida doesn't really have seasons actually like the rest of the country lol. But we where doin pretty good on yum dingerz this weekend here and in the morning the temp was high 40s

Most of our ponds and lakes here are in the 3-7 foot range im guessing. Anything deeper I've been trying to throw a rooster tail. A lot of our ponds are grassy and mucky hard to throw spinnng baits in

I didn't know the weather would be so cold yesterdY morning when we made plans to pond hop. When I walked outside I didn't have high hopes but I guess they where still hungry lol. My co worker wanted to thro the towel in pretty early said we wouldn't get anything

I've done very well on dingerz and zoom trick worms. I've thrown super flukes a lil but not with any luck yet

Do you guys keep your soft plastic ribbon tails and trick worms and such in the bags they came in in your tackl bag or boxes?

Best day yet bass fishing. Started the morning here on the gulf coast of fl at 48 degrees hooked 9 bass caught 7. All on trick worms, and yum dingerz. 4 of them at one pond on a rooster tail. Co worker caught 2 nice ones also. Caught some real small bass at another local pond on a beetle spin.

I'm using a black military style back pack I had since I had it and it has all the different pockets. I also don't own a boat so I'm on the bank but the area I live I. Has tons of ponds and lakes so I'm mobile this way. I carry all my soft plastics and a Plano box for the other stuff like rattle traps, rooster tails, beetle spins and such. I don't have a ton of baits yet

Yes fresh water spinning gear. I just got a new daiwa procyop 3000 combo. 7 foot medium power extra fast rod. And 15 pound braid no leader.

So when I fished salt water growing up we just pulled the line near the reel of we could do it with index finger and ring finger and thumb we where good lol. How are you guys setting drag on spinning combos with braid?

I'm in central fl on the gulf coast. But we are still fishing the ponds and small lakes through the lil cold fronts. Been awesome on trick worms, dingerz. Just gotta work everything deep and alow like stats. And enjoy the fishing. You may not haul in a ton of fiah but you'll get something

I've had good success lately with a pop and retrieve let it sink an pop again. Most of our ponds and lakes are heavy grassy debris bottoms. I fish trick worms, yum dingerz, and culprit ribbon tails the same
