  1. I've fished live bait for about 4years now and have never gut hooked a fish after switching to circle hooks
  2. I find live bait always outperforms artificials, I go out in a Jon boat and troll love minnows in my lake and by the end of the day I will have a solid 30 fish caught (within a span of about 5 hours). After all, lures are meant to mimic real fish.
  3. I live in south Florida and it gets really hot down here too, I try to get out really early like 5 o clock, but usually I just deal with the heat by making sure I have tons of water, a wet rag to put in my hat, and a buff that I drench in water
  4. I never use a trailer and I never use a trailer hook, I find the bass doesn't usually get hooked with the trailer hook.
  5. I just set my front facing camera on a timer and lean it against a tree
  6. Nice bullseye snakehead on the boo yah pad crashed poppin frog
  7. I swear it was bigger than it looks..
  8. Just letting you know, the catfish is a walking catfish
  9. I got all of these for a total of $7.50 at dicks sporting goods. I couldn't pass up the deal
  10. I agree with @bigbassin' pretty much the only way to catch one is wth a shiner.

The other day I went to buy some worms and I noticed that Yum Dingers are only 3 dollars compared to the Gary Yamamoto senkos which are 8 dollars so I bought 2 packs of the yum. I went out and fished the yum for about an hour and caught 3 fish. I was wondering if you guys have more success on the Gary yammamoto senkos or if all senko style baits work the same.
  12. That's exactly what I did lol same hook size and bait
  13. But what kind of bullhead? In Florida I think there are 3 different kinds of bullheads.
  14. I'm not one to fish for catfish, but I caught this little guy tonight and I was wondering what kind of catfish it is. (I live in South Florida if that helps) Edit: After some research I am thinking it is a yellow bullhead.
  15. I managed to nab this spotted tilapia the other day. Caught it on my ultra light setup. It was a little bigger than my hand.
  16. For Peacocks the best bait that catches the biggest fish is live shiners (or you can use a live lizard). If you are looking to catch them on artificial baits then a recommend the gambler big ez or a soft plastic lizard
  17. I managed to catch this small snakehead n a short evening session. I'm not sure how but I managed to catch it on bread.

  19. If your not having a lot of success live bait works 9/10 times!
  20. For me its an easy answer. Mine would be a Heddon Torpedo 5/8 oz in the Baby bass color.
  21. Down here in South Florida I catch tilapia all the time. I have so far caught spotted and blue tilapia. I usually catch them on bread or something I would usually use to catch bluegills or baitfish, but if you're looking to catch them on lures i have caught them on some small Mepps rooster tails.
  22. A Little More Country Than That - Easton Corbin
  23. A 4 inch spooltek in a fatty perch color cranked slow is working the best for me
