  1. I just sold my ATAK and got a fs128t but for the price i'm probably going to pick the lure up also/
  2. Does anyone have any experience with these kayaks? I have a friend offering me his 2016 model for $600 and I haven't heard much from feelfree kayaks.
  3. I sold my Wilderness system yak and used my buddies fs128t for a few weeks. I absolutely loved it besides it being very leaky(2016) model. I use a 20l dry bag so it wasnt a very pressing issue but it does leak. Very stable for me. I walked the deck as much as i could. Great storage space. not the fastest or easiest to handle. Rudder kit is $79 online. I ended up buying one through my buddy at bass pro for 40% off so after tax is was 513.60. Since buying my own its been on the water several times with no issues.
  4. Thats pretty awesome. Thanks for the video!
  5. Thanks. I actaully added a crossbar up closer to where the spare is so i can put my cuda on it also.
  6. Picked the yak up 2 weeks ago. Have gone out on lake, river, and inshore. Handles amazing for its size. Tracks well. Tarpon 160i.
  7. I finally broke and purchased spro rats. Got a killer deal and ended up with the 30,40, and 50 size for $45 shipped. Will hopefully get to throw them this weekend.
  8. just a real quick response. I have a native ultimate 14.5 that i can stand and fish in and it can also be tandem if you have the second seat. For personal use on my own i have a kayak by feelfree
  9. Where are you located in Georgia?
  10. Try high falls state park. Easy water. Allatoona.
  11. Drop shot. Roboworm. martens madness, aarons morning dawn. aarons pro magic
  12. What is the cheapest way you've found to ship a rod?
  13. So i won a tackle warehouse gift card in an online giveaway and finally broke and ordered a few pompadours. Being that they're new to me I've thrown it almost everyday. The blowups on it are some of the most violent I've seen. Great sound and water displacement too.
  14. Just curious if theres anyone on here from around Savannah,Statesboro area? Looking for some people to meet up and fish with. I have several good spots around here.
  15. Lake Jackson is a Great Lake. It's easy to fish. Juliette is pretty solid but they have the motor size limit that stops a lot of people from going. I'm south of you about 30 minutes.
  16. I couldn't find a help forum so I figured this was my best bet. For the past few months I have quit getting emails from BR. I figured nobody was responding to my posts so I hadn't checked regularly. Anyways. I went into account settings and it will allow me to turn on email notifications for everything except new messages. I lost a few sales/good deals due to this issue. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. P.s. Did not abandon forums. Just switched jobs from one I could constantly check the forums to being a LEO where I never have time.
  17. Georgia angler here. From Warner Robins. Moved to statesboro. Haven't found a single place to fish out this way yet. Or even a fishing club for that matter.
  18. So the bowfin I caught. This is a smaller one than the one I previously posted about. He hit a top water mouse. The bream was pretty solid. He hit a 6" trick worm. And the bass was on a biffle bug in my home pond. I've had good luck this summer so far.
  19. I've been fishing this pond lately and today i decided to fish the creek that runs off from it. Started out with a topwater mouse and had a few small blow ups. Switched to a biffle bug on a weighted jig hook and caught a few smaller bass. Finally switched to a fluke ended up catching a 8 pound bowfin, 3ft gar, and several more small bass before a bigger bowfin broke off and i called it a day.
  20. i'm in statesboro and its been good around here. Actually have a crystal clear pond i've been fishing and catching one after another on drop shot. Also catching fish throught the day on the lucky craft sammy in american shad.
  21. The dugout is a GREAT SHOP. It's in Marietta though unless there's more than one. My favorite on Lanier is Oakwood.
  22. Hey I travel up that way a lot. Not just for this one occasion. So if you ever just need a fishing buddy I'm here! I'll split costs with you.
  23. I've had them chase a deps. They couldn't care less about senko style baits.
  24. I can use live bait. I just haven't in years since I started tournaments and making a little money here and there. I bet if I try that it'll work. And it'll be a lot more relaxing.
  25. I have good luck on topwater almost all times of the day but i prefer it early morning and late evening. I have had my best topwater blow ups in the heat of the day though. I've fished this pond several times now and i just can't seem to find anything that just sets them off. 3 Minutes down the road is a set of 4 ponds and you could throw a hook by itself and those fish would hit it.
