Just picked this up from a local maker. Anybody use these before and or have success on it?

When I was a kid dad took me bank fishing. Got all ready 2 poles a piece in the water. Dad looks and says watch the poles im going to the bathroom. Bad idea for a 8 year old, that rather throw pebbles in the water because lack of patience lol. Sure enough his pole goes in and I tried to grab it, but didnt make it. He comes back sees me dirty. And just said thats why we watch our poles lol. Never saw it again. Thanks dad for leaving me to maintain 4 poles at 8 lol. But mostly thank you for not yelling, scolding, or saying told ya so. Just gave a solid and educational reason why we always never know when a bite might happen. We still get a laugh to this day about it. Great memory and conversation while fishing together.

Just subscribe to the BassResource channel on YouTube. So many videos to explain everything you'd like to know. Very educational.

Yeah I just needed to know what was max lb line for fluoro I could use. The instructions I got with the reel doesn't state any line lb for varied lines to use. Was kind of disappointed... but if its about the same for mono that helps. Thanks guys

I just got the quantum energy baitcaster today. Really excited. Question is what is the max line capacity for fluoro line? I know the braid and mono but do not know fluoro. Is it close to the same? I lined it with fluoro 15lbs. Will this be to much or to less? Thanks for the help

Since i am fairly new to this forum, can anybody go ot is it invite only? Sorry if this question has been answered already. And my next question is that do the sites you choose change? It would be to far to go this year, but if it was a little closer I could some time. I work sat-mon 12 hour shifts so it could be an ideal trip for me:-):-). Plus any vacation time I can use. Not to hijack your thread here, but I was just at dicks and saw the lunker frog by *** I think. About picked one up, but wanted to see if anyone has used it and or had success on it. Pretty pricey for almost 8$

It looks nice. And for that price I'd give it a go:-). I just bought the spiderwire venom for 30$ at dicks sporting good and I love it. Not to big or small, but has alot of pockets and storage. And for the price I couldn't pass it. But the one you want looks nice too. Try it and let us know

I saw the bad reviews after I ordered it lol. Have never used fluoro before and saw it was kinda cheap to try since I hadn't before. Since I usually you senkos, wanted to see if it made a difference.

Just ordered the Ez spiderwire fluoro line 12&15lb. But I've seen bad reviews for this. Never have tried this kind of line before, but is it not a good brand of line? Any other suggestions on brands of fluoro line? Thanks for the help

Yeah I've heard of that too. Where they do alternate between those lakes. I emailed both summit and one from muncie and have not from them yet. And I fish Summit and Prairie. I like to go to big barbee chain lakes and fish there. I live in muncie now, but grew up in Middletown. So familiar with that area and thought there was a guy from Middletown that had a club? Ill have to look around. What about you? Where do you fish?
