Pennsylvania Brethren!
Perfect for those of us that possess "Nock Specials". Do your homework, with four ramps, know the section you want to fish and where to put in. But I heard The Nock has no fish, fished out, over run by bucket brigades! ; )

Red And White Crankbait?
Lots of options, try eBay, search "crankbaits", a lot of no name(made in China) and other baits that fit your description.

Chatter Baits
Good info guys. My question, is the trailer, (heard LFT paddletail) any others, (Keitech?) and what size do you use, that is size of bait(heard 3/8) and trailer? Thx.

Ned Rig
I feel ya Primetime! All the different rigs, wouldn't it be nice to have a "glossary" of all the rigs and techniques, all nicely ordered alphabetically? (Hint, hint) ; )

Water Clarity For Swimbaits
Same rules apply to swimbaits as to other baits. Clear water= natural colors more subtle presentations. Colored or stained water= brighter colors, more aggressive presentations. Water temp is also a factor, but overall, paddle tails in warmer stained water. Like others said, bass will not have a problem finding Keitech's design and thumping paddle tail.

Oh man, something to do with all those shredded senkos!

Things I Like To Do With Hole In One Skirts
I use 'em like some have shown as punch rigs(screw on bullet weight, skirt, hook, plastic) and accidently discovered that they worked like swim jigs. Funny how so many fisherman "discover" these rigs all on their own by accident or when we're just messing around.

How To Verify A Record And Keep It Alive?
Maybe this, mesh bag or fish keeper (like Mike Long uses), to 5 gal. bucket, to cooler...to scale, then back.

Inexpensive Frogs
+1 for the Pad Crasher.

How To Verify A Record And Keep It Alive?
Maybe, or a cooler with a portable aerator might be a good idea. Mike Long has video of how he keeps his hogs alive for picture taking purposes, might give you some ideas. I use to use a floating 5 gal. mesh bait bag when I was fishing out of my pontoon. Now I use a cooler rigged as a live well."Many men go fishing their entire lives without knowing it is not fish they are after."-Thoreau

How To Verify A Record And Keep It Alive?
PA also has provisions for C&R fisherman, although not the "official" record, at least you don't have to kill the fish.☺

Your Tackle Storage
Flambeau AZ8, holds EVERYTHING I would EVER need, and 4-6 rods (pre-rigged of course) in an inexpensive rod bag that I picked up off of eBay that has a pocket for miscellaneous stuff. Although, I don't fish in tourneys, I fish out of small crafts, where space is at a premium, so I have to be compact and efficient.

Infestation!
What colors did you go for, grey and is that the Ninja on the left?

Craws
I picked up some Savage Gear craws 3D and rattling reaction preparing for what you're doing, but two months out!. 3D really doesn't apply hear, but how would you classify the reaction craw's claws, slow or fast? From the videos they seem to flap pretty fast. Thanks for the info.

Frenchtown, N J On The Delaware River.
Yes, smallies, too, and toothy critters as well.☺

Delaware River Striped Bass
Figure that's what they're chasing, so you can't go wrong with bunkers, world record on an eel not withstanding, but the biggest bass I ever saw caught out of the Trenton area was on a blood worm, 25+lbs., from shore no less.

Nichols Ben Parker Magnum Spoon?
Thx! Any word on adding stinger hooks, guy from *' was just putting a 2/0 treble on the line before he tied on. I was thinking something more in line with a butterfly jig rig(attached directly to the split ring on top)?

Green Lane Smallmouth
Gotta remember this topic after the water softens. Always wanted to fish GL, but isn't it a "quarantined" body of water, meaning no outside watercraft? Thought I hit the jackpot with that map download, was hoping for a topo. Look forward to picking some brains when the season starts, and i'm always up for riding shotgun if any of you "Green Laners" want a second. ; )

Delaware River Striped Bass
Plenty of nice fish where you are, essentially Trenton south, and there are plenty of resident fish, albeit a bit smaller, upstream, mostly at the confluence of the river and it's tributaries. Tight lines!

Lake Galena (Peace Valley Park, Pennsylvania) - 7/20/14
Wow, just joined this forum, because my old forum git outta hand and everyone left, my local forum 24/7, sux this time of year because everyone goes to the ice fishing site, but I'm surprised to see some real locals on here. I live in Perkasie, grew up in D-town, and just returned here after some time in CO. Very familiar with all the water around here, big water I fish the Nock mostly and the river, I would fish Galena, but that closed area really gets me p.o.'ed, but 90% of the time I fish small private ponds. Well congrats on your luck at Galena, and welcome back to fishing. Good luck, and maybe we'LL all meet up sone time. F.

Frenchtown, N J On The Delaware River.
Yes, especially if you head upstream, the stretch between the Musconetcong down stream is a great Striper fishery(especially after trout stockings), but keep it on the low down, there's already too many boats out there ; )

Nichols Ben Parker Magnum Spoon?
Ok, I was told that jigging spoons were a good fall/winter cold water lure. I was thinking the exact opposite, height of summer when the surface temp is in the 80°+ and the fish have moved deep, sound like a plan?
-
Nichols Ben Parker Magnum Spoon?
I know, and in its standard form, it's just a big hunk of sheet metal! But, (there's always a "but") I have invested a lot in lures and learned quickly that when you're an addict with a mean "monkey", the first investment should be a nice lure retriever! This thing is obviously catching fish too.

For You Colorado Guys...
Hmmmm...old farm pond or gravel pit converted to Open Space, thus it counts as "Public waters" right?
