  1. trout swimbaits, BIG trout swimbaits, and HUGE trout swimbaits!
  2. Here's mine. This was my first bass boat after 5 jon boats, and I will probably never be without a big boat again. They are just too comfortable, and plenty of room for the bait monkey to ride along ;D
  3. If I have a good spot I fish it no matter who is in the boat with me. The whole reason I am going fishing is to catch fish, and I want my buddy to catch fish too. I will admit that it is frustrating to show up to the lake and see the same buddy fishing your spot, but you can't catch em' all. On the other hand, I will not tell others (people I don't know) where I am fishing at. I will tell them how I am catching the fish, but that is about it. Also, it is a give and take thing. If I show a buddy a good spot, I expect him to share with his spots also...
  4. Congrats on the cold water bite! I have had fish hit hung lures before. A few times I have had fish come out of the water to hit a hung lure hanging from tree limbs

  6. Nice fish! What kind of phone is that?
  7. Nice mudbass
  8. How'd your trip to Varner go today? Did you put Fluke on his 10lb'er?
  9. I have had days like that too... Although, it seems like some of the biggest fish I have ever caught have been on days like these. It is almost like the fish might feel sorry for me sometimes ;D
  10. Congrats! I bet it is nice to catch one on a bait you made yourself. I have been thinking about trying to make some topwater and crankbaits myself. It would sure be cool to wear them out on homemade stuff!
  11. Nice Job! Pretty fish!
  12. Not really any nice boats, mostly escalades with 24 inch wheels. It seems that most the people that live in this neighborhood aren't really into bass fishing
  13. All in all, we put 12 in the boat. Same pattern as before, shad raps near the grass. The biggest hit a yo-yo'd spinnerbait. All of the fish were caught in 4-6 foot of water and they were feeding on shad... 8-)
  14. Went back to lake bling-bling today and gave it another try. It was cold and breezy but we managed to put a few dinks in the boat considering the conditions
  15. What are you talking about? The smallest of those fish weighed 12 lbs We nicknamed the lake bling bling because of the bling factor in the neighborhood.
