To me the citica E is A very under rated reel. I would rather have one of those than a curado g series.

I just wanted to get some opinions on why people are going so crazy over these reels ? In great condition they go for over $200 . I have a couple of them and love them but I think there are others out there just as good if not better.

Could someone please school me on spool bearings? What's the difference between red seal, orange seal and no seals?

$195 is what I would expect to pay for one new in box. Also in my opinion the "I" is the best curado yet. I would send it back if you can.

Hey , I have a citica 200E that I have been thinking about changing the drive shift bushing to a bearing . Is this worth doing? And is it a hard job to do?

As far as a spinning rod I have a shimano sienna 2500 on a 6'6'' shimano convergance rod with 12lb mono. The whole combo cost me less than $100.00 . Its a pretty good reel to be only $29

I have two ghost rods , one with a curado I and one with a con cept c and they are not tip heavy at all to me.

I haven't fished with it yet but like I said so far casting it in the yard it feels very good and well balanced . I am impressed with it for a cheaper rod. Plus it looks good with the split cork grip.

I have a Duckett ghost 6'10" M/H I use for texas rigs.It works well for me. If you fish in heavy cover you might what to go with the heavy.
