  1. Never have tried it on jig heads but on baits, you have to brush it on and then put on a turning wheel, so the clear will dry evenly. Pretty sure it will be the same for jigheads.
  2. Nice looking jig!!

  7. There are several two part epoxys that can be used, all need a turning wheel to be hung on after brushing on. I started out with devcon 2ton epoxy but you can do only 3 baits at a time. I now use etex light and I can apply it to about 10-15 baits at a time. From my experience I have learned that devon cures harder than etex, but will chip off eaiser than etex. The etex cures a little softer but less prone to chipping off. Both work fine as long as your not bouncing your lures off of rock walls, as I do. BigM, What are your thoughts on the Flexcoat ultra v, I have read a little about it, but havent tried it yet?

  11. I would fish the flick shake rig about 2 hours, of most fishing trips, last year. I finally got comfortable catching fish on it. Its a very slow technique but will flat out catch them on a tough day. This year I have been trying to do the same with the Neko Rig. Its also a very slow presentation, with light line being used on both. Its been harder fishing the neko rig this year with all of the crazy weather we have had. Its hard to fish either of these techniques with the wind blowing 25-30 every outing. What is everyone else using on their finesse set ups, to catch bass on tough days?
