Question About Spro Frogs Vs Live Target Frog
I've heard that the Snag Proof Phat Frogs are good. Say it's almost impossible for them to take on water because of their dual chamber design.

I have been told that they can be effective all season long but are most effective in the Spring and Fall.

I have the 5.25" in Threadfin Shad, let's face it...if sexy shad style baits get bit up here in New England that Threadfin should. It's a beautiful bait with lot's of blue and silver and a thin stripe of chartreuse down the side. I'm thinking if i get another one I would go with either Bluegill or Golden Shiner. I'm sure th 7" bait works great too but I just don't have the equipment to throw a bait that heavy.

OIC...that's what I thought but the milkcrate thing threw me...lol. I don't think I'll be standing up though, I'm not what you'd call agile or graceful by any means . I'm 6ft. tall and weigh 240lbs., I want to keep as stable as possible when I'm on a boat...lol.

Hard to beat Costco warranty though...if anything ever goes wrong with this boat 4 or 5 years down the road, bring it back and get all your money back no questions asked. Not saying this warrants purchasing this boat, just thinking it should be taken into consideration.- The latest sale thread
I was there yesterday late, wanted to get some 65lb. Sufix 832 braid but they were picked clean of that size!- Pelican 120x Kicker Angler Kayak
Does anybody have one of these? They are a 12ft. angler kayak that Costco is selling for $399. It looks nice and is budgeet friendly but I kmow practically nothing about kayaks. Would appreciate any info...especially from people who have one.- THE SPAWN IS ON!!!

This is not a new bait, it's been around since 2016 so why all of a sudden is it becoming the "must have" bait of 2018? Does this bait truly live up to the hype?- The latest sale thread
Does eBay have a 20% off sale for Father's Day or just for Presidents Day?- Mono for Topwater
That's what I currently use but I'm wondering if I should be using a leader or direct tie? what about for smaller stuff like spooks, poppers etc.?- Mono for Topwater
What pound test do you use for topwater...especially larger topwaters like the Whopper Plopper 130 etc.?- Team Daiwa tds771mrb
No, this was in-store. I just wondered if anyone has one and how they like it? It's a 7'7" medium action casting rod but not sure the taper.- Team Daiwa tds771mrb
Nobody familiar with this rod?- Team Daiwa tds771mrb
Is this Team Daiwa tds771mrb rod any good? I just saw one at my local Sierra Trading Post on clearance for $39, down from $95 regular price.- Lucky Craft LVR DT10 Crankbaits
Okay, so I was just at my local DSG yesterday and saw these Lucky Craft lipless cranks on sale for $5.97 ea. (normally are $11.99 ea.). I didn't pick anyy up because A.) I'm not really in the market for lipless cranks and B.) eventhough they are Lucky Craft I don't know much about them. Should I pick some up?- S-Waver Color ?
Where did you get yours from?- S-Waver Color ?
Okay, there appears to be two different Baby Bass color schemes for the s-waver...is this for real or are they both the same scheme just taken under different lighting/angle etc.?- The latest sale thread
Yeah but you used to be able to get them for like $50 - $60 without a trade-in.- The latest sale thread
BPS continually shoots themselves in the foot! Some of the major drawing power of their Spring Classic sale used to be that you could get awesome deals on a lot of quality stuff from reels and rods to lures and electronics but the past few years they have removed all of the name brand goodies and replaced them all with their own BPS brand and while some of their brand products are good most of them are a crap shoot so they are losing more and more customers each year because of that. The one silver lining was that you could always bank on getting a Pro Qualifier for about $50 and most people love those reels but now it appears even that deal is gone as nobody will make it a point to go to BPS for an $85 PQ2 when that's only like $10 - $15 off regular price...too many other options out there. I don't know if they have somebody new in charge of their marketing strategy but whatever it is it's not working like it used too!- The latest sale thread
I believe it's in-store only. Their web site doesn't list any of those rods so they must be clearing them out...best head to your local DSG and get them before they're gone!!! - Pelican 120x Kicker Angler Kayak
