  1. Those red eye shads after they start to loose some paint turn deadly. Ive had outstanding luck on a few old ones. God Bless
  2. Hey Y'all, When I'm fishing a jig or anything for the matter that i have to hop or jig while using braided line, the line wraps around the tip of my rod. Any tips? God bless
  3. Just trim the skirt and throw a trailer on the back. God Bless
  4. Try and see if you have an old buddy that has some excess lures that you can buy from them dirt cheap. I got a bunch of jerk baits for a fraction of the price, we all know how expensive those jerk baits can be God Bless
  5. Carhatt socks, Only way to go God Bless
  6. Drop shot bait. have used them a few times, they aren't the best God Bless
  7. Any straight tail drop shot worm God Bless
  8. Ive recently switched all of my jerk baits to 6th sense. They have amazing action. make sure you switch out those hooks though God Bless
  9. KVD deep jerk bait seems to do the job for me. Plus its cheap God Bless
  10. Threw one one on the back of a bladed jig and threw it into the pool great action, haven't got to use it out on the water yet God Bless
  11. Personally i think that the whopper plooper is the most hyped up bait for no reason. Have caught them better on poppers, spooks and buzz baits over the whopper plopper
  12. Hey Y'all, I was wondering what is everyones favorite lures to throw from the bank in deep, muddy water for winter bass. God Bless
  13. Where I have been fishing lately i have seen allot of birds surface with shad in their mouth, but the bites around that area have been few and far between. I am throwing shad imitation baits around the area as well. Earlier this fall i would smoke them in the areas that birds were chasing shad and since winter has rolled along i cannot catch a break around the schools of shad and the birds. Keep in mind that the birds are relativity shallow which may be the problem with winter rolling around. God Bless
  14. agreed my friend, i doubt a 10 pound large mouth in Montana would be caught in a pond though. Have a good night, God bless
  15. I fish in nor cal lakes and we have been hit pretty hard in the recent drought. Recently we have been blessed enough to receive a quite a bit of rain in these last few weeks. Right after this happened the bite was tough and left me quite confused. After getting out on the lakes as much as i could i put together a little pattern. That pattern being that the fish went pretty deep. I don't know why they went deep but it may have been from the water clarity with the water being pretty muddy after the rain.
