Notre dame need some speedster on defense. Right now, juding from stats Alabama has put up some yards and points. Last year Alabama highest toal yard was 444 yards against louisana monroe, and last saturday 'Bama produced over 500 yards of total offense. It looks like they are starting to exceute better. They got Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Georgia, and Flordia state in the next couple weeks so lets see how they do. I"m real excited.

Hey man, here was my clue..two national title in last 2 year. An idiot could've said "hey this might be a game." I didnt know App. state and michigan was playing until ESPN bought it up during the VT game. I've seen App. state play in person, man they can fly! I saw them play against ETSU (before ETSU abolish the football team) they was really executing.

Appalachian state has won two national titles in recent years in their divison, not exactly a major upset. They can play football. My brother was recruited to play baseball for them, but he opted for ETSU instead.

USC, Ohio State, nor Michigan can handle playing: Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn, LSU, Flordia, Georgia, Kentucky, South carolina, Ol' miss, Vanderbilt, nor Miss. State. Week in and week out. Granted the last 3 teams I mention are not exactly a consisent team, but they have the ability to win, they just cant win. I saw what miss. state did to LSU. . If only they didnt have 6 interception it would've been a lot closer.

I just found another team that couldn't handle a southern team. MICHIGAN!! Whoa! hold your horse! I can give you best rated Defense in LSU, but matt flynn number 1 QB? Are you freaking kidding me? The boy only had one starting experience. I'm still skeptical about way he going run LSU offense, I personally think defense will be reason for LSU success this season. Remember Alabama fell short by two touchdown last year and they fumbled twice inside the 5 yard line and missed a FG. And this was in death valley. Cant wait until LSU comes to Tuscaloosa. Basically on paper, Alabama had a great shot at winning the game in the bayou, they just didnt execute. That where I'm hoping nick saban can improve during his first year at Alabama.

Hey catt, I know les miles is getting real cocky about LSU vs USC, but I'm side with him about USC being overrated. If nebraska doesn't knock off USC and LSU dont fall in tuscaloosa (which I hope they do) then LSU better beat crap out of USC harder then Florida did against Ohio State. As always SEC has been and alway will be football king!

I never care for vick as an athlete, because i thought he was kind of a selfish player, but it kind of roast my nuggets that people are just telling him to burn in hell. If vicks is ban from NFl, you better start banning pacman jones, Jamal lewis, and few other NFL players that been in trouble with law. What vick did was nothing compare to what other players did. I pick one year suspension after his prison term is up. Hey, jamal lewis went to jail for selling dope and came back to play again. Drug is serious expecially with athlete. Larusa (correct my spelling) the manager of cardinal baseball team got arrested for drunk driving and he still coaching. And your telling me vick doesn't deserve a second chance? Now, I personally dont think vick that good at football, I dont think he best and blah blah, but I'm just saying do whats right, if those guys got another chance so should vick. Folks, I know this might be slightly off topic, but our 11-12 year old softball team made it to the little league world series and won! First time a team from my town won a world championship. Hats off to those young girls on 11-12 year old softball team. Last year the same girls made it to world series and placed 3rd then one year later they return with redemption and won. ;D Now back to the baseball side, my town also has placed 3rd in williamsport. CLosest we've been to williamsport was back when I was 12 we made it to the regional and got beat. I'm not pulling for anybody right now, but I enjoy watching those young guys play. It pure heart and emotion.
