  1. I've got two c4's that I absolutely cherish. I use them on dedicated striper and catfish rods. Hard to beat in my opinion.
  2. You guys are great. I have honestly learnt everything I currently know about bass fishing from this great community and the good ole YouTube.
  3. That's the safest bet. Best of luck to you buddy.
  4. How in comparison to the keitechs?
  5. Thats a bad day. As far as being fixable goes, I'm not sure. I would recommend returning that one and trying again. FYI, sportsmans warehouse has a current promotion on their website where if you purchase a St. Croix rod over $150, you get a $50 gift card. Just in case you decide to go with the new route.
  6. Usually a senko or a chatterbait/spinnerbait.
  7. I'd like to recommend the Chronarch ci4. Somewhat in the middle of those prices, and I believe that reel was made for that rod. They are a match made in heaven.
  8. I love to baby D bomb. Oh, And also their destroyer
  9. looks like a trip to cabelas is in my near future. I do appreciate all recommendations.
  10. Do the tails float on the plasma tails and robo worms?
  11. I'm staring to pick up the fine craft of shakey head fishing. I was wondering as to what worms the bass resource community recommends. Thanks in advance
  12. I recently picked up a new Shimano Chronarch ci4+ for one hell of deal. Now i just need to find a rod to use with it. Let me start by saying that I already have a crankbait set up ( E6x cranking rod with a team lews lite reel) and a jig/trig set up (Loomis IMX Jig and worm rod with a revo stx), as well as a medium No.*** blackout spinning rod with a revo STX reel for finesse presentations. . I'm looking to use this chronarch for shakey head and basically all other applications that I don't have covered with the above mentioned rods and reels. Right now, my rod in mind is a loomis e6X magnum bass 7' medium heavy, but i am open to recommendations. Right now the budget is set at $200. Thanks in advance.
  13. I just started bass fishing last year. With that being said, a gen 3 revo stx was one of my first reels I purchased. So far I've really enjoyed it's use. Keep in mind, I don't have much to compare it to.
  14. The lightest I'll be going is around 1/8th. Budget is set at $150
  15. As the title implies, I'm looking for some assistance in finding a finesse baitcaster. I'm not looking for one that has a super shallow spool or anything, just something I can throw on a medium power Duckett Magic and sling some of my lighter, finesse lures out there. Thanks in advance for any and all input!
  16. That is super easy and appreciated. I thought I read somewhere there was a discount for all none sale items for being a member of bass resource. Regardless, I am a first time buyer and looking forward to trying your jigs out.
  17. How do I go about receiving the bass resource member discount?
  18. Zoom super fluke or Keitech swing impact fat.
  19. As far as their swimbaits go, they have superior action and flat out catch fish. One of my favorite soft swim baits in my tackle bag.
  20. Imma mega daddy fanatic!
  21. Id be lying if I said I have never waded or swam to retrieve a few.
