  2. Fleury, Sid and Evgeni "I look like Frankenstein" Malkin are all just sick. I am surprised that there havent been any Pittsburgh haters show up here yet. Glenn on vacation?

Tell her you'll pick her up at 7:00 saturday to be ready. Unless he failed a couple grades or she digs riding on the pegs of his Huffy, I dont think he will be picking her up to go anywhere. ;D
  6. Keith, if the bottle hasn't already spewed its guts into your garage (ala Long Mike last year), I would cool the bottle down before opening. I am talking "ice" cold before opening....
  7. Middle? Sounds conveniently located in your back yard....
  8. Even one fish per bait in a tournament, they will usually pay for themselves. They are more weedless than a buzzbait and make a racket like nothing else I have ever used. What else is there you need? I got quite a few packs of RT product on the Road Trip (thanks BigO) and have since given most of them away to my fishing buddies for two reasons.... 1. To get them to see how effective the baits can be. (It has worked, see #2) 2. Because they keep asking for them. ;D I still use some other plastics for different profiles (Trick Sticks, Yamamoto Flappin' Hog), but I always have a RT tied on. I know people say that they are expensive. I am one of the people that if there is a bait out there that is cheaper and produces just as well (Trick Stick vs. Senko), I will buy the cheaper version without batting an eye. The thing about it is, I havent found plastics that are as effective in their intended purpose like the RT line. They just flat out catch fish for me. Wayne
  9. Well, I know my excuse would be that it's over 3000 miles away. While I would love to fish those lakes, it's just not in the cards for me.
  10. Seems to me, he didnt ask about Carolina Lunker Sauce. : Simp, where are you storing the JJ's at home?
  11. There it is...all ya need.
  12. X2... come see what real fishing is all about By the time the trip rolls around next year, there might not be any fishable water left in California. I can see the Governator auctioning off water rights now... ;D
  13. Equally tragic is when someone who cannot hear is described as "death". Drives me up a friggin' wall. And don't get me started on "axing" a question. Murder will ensue...
  14. Cant wait to see their faces when they hear you playing your banjo.... ;D Congrats man. There are a few lakes between us if you ever want to meet in the middle. We'll talk about it at the WV Ball. ;D
  15. I like Samuel Adams Hefe. Lancaster Brewing company makes a Strawberry Wheat that I really like too (some of the guys on the Road Trip sampled it). Also, I gotta say, any beer that is free tastes the best.
  16. BS,...You LOVE the high end techy clothing..........you are always matching........c'mon now, noone's calling you a metrosexual just because you have your crap together man! Overalls and Tennessee Volunteer shirts are not high end clothing....they are straight Coburn. ;D
  17. Atta boy AJ. Burley is just mad that he is now going to be outfished by a little girl... :
  18. Make sure you are not buying a "Shamano Catica" as I have never heard of that model. In the price range you listed, you can buy a Shimano Citica and it is a great reel.
  19. I'll assume you can't say the name, cause you haven't named it, correct? Will you be at Icast showing it off? Let me take a crack at it though...... "The New Rage Tail Nightcrawler" or how about "The Rage Tail Snake" Nice fish by the way, short relatively short for its size and FAT! Nice try. Steve, glad to see your buddy hook into a fish like that. No better sales technique than to show what the bait can do. Keep it up man.
  20. Bass Wrangler: What's your rod, reel, line setup for fishing the Bronzeye ? If you don't mind me asking ? Thanks, BB I vote for the SPRO as well. My setup that I was throwing last weekend was a M/H (more like heavy) action rod, 50lb braid and a Revo S-L
  21. I have been throwing the 25lb Camo-Escent line with my larger swimbaits and have been pleasantly surprised. I spray it with the KVD and there is little to no memory.
  22. George Perry, is that you? ;D
  23. Good Lord, you're ugly....
  24. The issue was dropped, thanks for bringing it up again. Who are you to tell me what is offensive? The connotation of that word is offensive to me. If it is not to you, that is fine.
  25. Dude, Raped? Really? Grow up. I have heard this term used frequently. It is not used in the context you are thinking of. By definition it can also mean to plunder or pillage.... It's in bad taste, no matter the context. Not trying to argue with you flechero because I'm usually a fan of yours, but it's considered socially acceptable to say "I murded the bass" so how is raped any different. Both are heinous crimes, and "raped" can have multiple less-offensive meanings, such as pillaged, whereas "murded" has one clear meaning. Most likely when people first started saying "I murded this" or "I murded that," it was considered offensive, but then it gradually became accepted as appropriate slang. I think "raped" might be the same way, and gradually it will either die out or be accepted as an acceptable slang word. I'm nor saying this is right and I'm not advocating saying "raped" but I don't see how there's any difference between saying "I murded the bass" and "I raped the bass" And it used to be "accepted" that you could publicly flog people or own them as property. This isnt going anywhere. I will say this: The day that "raping" something (even in the most benign meanings) becomes socially acceptable will be a sad day for society, indeed.
