  1. Wow, from Ohio and then to Lancaster? Does the bishop know you are on the internet? Just playin...
  2. LOL, I thought swimbaits were where all the drama was.....
  3. Yum made the "Dancin' Eel" They are all prone to mistakes occasionally. Megastrike can't hurt with the smell and, IMO will help with preserving the bait due to the slickness on the bait.
  4. I like the bowfishing idea personally.
  5. I love tungsten, just wish it wasnt so expensive. Some of my favorite shakey heads are the Tru Tungsten series. Got them on clearance so it wasnt too painful.
  6. Pantera "Walk" I would laugh as Iaconnelli runs for his life. LMAO!
  7. Do yourself a big favor, especially if you are going to be fishing it around grass. Find Bull Shots, not regular splitshots. The Bullshot is cone shaped like a bullet weight and will come through the grass MUCH better than a round shot. Choice of baits is subjective with this technique.
  8. My everyday pair is the Zane with 580g Copper. Amazing what they allow you to see. I have hit myself with a jig while wearing the glasses and nothing happened, not even a mark. I've had them for about three years now and just as clear as the day I bought them.
  9. I typically guess low but my first thought when I saw that one was 6, which seems to be higher than others' guesses. Looks long.
  10. Half pound off my PB, tipped the digi to 7.09 It's only May. Plenty of time.
  11. Don't believe they only work on the West Coast....shhhhhhh.
  12. Got into one today, finally. 7.09 on the digi = 113.44oz PA record is 11-3 = 179oz 113.44 / 179 = .6337 63% of state record largie
  13. That's about my guess as well. Keep it up.

See Raider, that's why you gotta work p/t at a big box store. I think I get a Glock per year around 350 or so. I got a brand new S&W M&P 9 for 200 bones earlier this year.
  15. LOL, tryin' brotha.
  16. BONADUCE!!!
  17. You might want to have him check the rotary girder and mass spectrometer. Those could be your issue.
  18. Megastrike doesn't stink up the boat or leak anywhere. You might get some on your hand but I've had worse crap on me while fishing. LOL
  19. Hang outside a popular bar some weekend. During the day, the place will likely look like a ghost town. During the evening and nighttime hours, you will see all sorts of males and females in various stages of courting ritual. LOL Bar = woods Male/female patrons = Turkeys Spring = Night time = The right time Just like bucks running around crazy during the rut, this is the turkeys' time to do their thing.
  20. Oh, I'll still bring it without any issues. There appears to be more than enough water to just play around with the trolling motors front/back, I just won't have a gas motor like I originally intended. Like I said, I can still put one on the back if someone can bring theirs. My boat is about as stable as a jon boat gets, just like I like it.
  21. Gentlemen, I have decided to forego the motor for the back of my boat. I just can't justify the expense at this point. If any of you Res guys can pull the 9.9 off your boats (Aaron ) I will still be more than happy to bring the aluminum aircraft carrier and throw your gas motor on the back.. Even without the gas motor, I still have no issues doing an electric only fishing day.
  22. Because shooting at them is dangerous.
  23. Saw one in the water, wasn't too impressed. I also noticed the tendency to roll. We were fishing jerkbaits and I really wasnt impressed when fishing them like a traditional jerk.
  24. I seem to catch a greater percentage of above average fish this time of year but my BIGGEST fish come in July and August. I just fish, man. Your buddy has his opinion and you have yours. I have mine. As long as he isn't putting you down for fishing this time of year (over and above good-natured ribbing) then I say let everyone think what they want. Anything is better than sitting at work.
  25. I'd be willing to bet you guys will get into some "picture worthy" fish down there. Good luck.
