  1. Good bait for numbers. Think about it though, it's not even 4" long and not even an ounce. Swimbait? Yes. Big bait? Negative. Just get out of the whole "west coast" thing. Bass are bass, everywhere you go. They eat a jig out west the same as midwest and east. They eat baitfish the same in all those places. They also exhibit cannibalistic behavior everywhere they swim. A bass has a huge mouth and the attitude to eat anything that will fit in there. Don't be afraid.
  2. Tournament series from Matt is very affordable and realistic. Here's a shot of the Bullhead.
  3. "Where" would be the same places you have caught fish before this time of year. Deeper dropoffs, edges of structure/breaks with access to deep water, tops of flats that butt up against deeper water. The "How" would be more important this time of year. If you are fishing "slow" then you aren't fishing slow enough in most cases from this point going forward. It's not a 100% rule all the time as you may have some warming days where they will move for a bait but for the most part you gotta make it easy for them.
  4. Insure, insure, insure. At least there may be some help if this type of thing happens.
  5. Sitting here on the PA/MD line above Hagerstown. Lots o' fun today and tonight. Kinda glad I dont have any large trees in the yard. I work for the state and they closed the office today and tomorrow. In PA, that NEVER happens. Ever.
  6. Got two for me and two for a buddy who had to leave his computer for work during the system issues. I got a rainbow and albino 12 coming. They are still available today on the site if you know anyone looking.
  7. Gerber Suspension
  8. Thanks fellas. Spending the day off work with my little girl. Today was 4 month shot day for her. Just kinda hanging out, enjoying not being at work. 33 is still EARLY 30's thank you very much. LOL
  9. Those are actually really good bullets. If I dont have the regular Hornady's at the store, I'll recommend people buy these (same price) but throw away the gimmicky box (unless that's your kind of thing). They'll do the job, absolutely.
  10. Bobby is good people. He's a strange one, but good people. LMAO
  11. Winchester PDX1
  12. Good deal. I'm waiting to hear the "friend price" for the boat. Hopefully it's something I can afford.
  13. Funny enough, I'll be towing whatever I end up getting with a 2010 Explorer. Good to know that it will haul it. I think the R61 will fit 7' rods but my swimbait sticks are all 8' and longer. LOL What motor do you have on that? This one has a 75hp Mercury.
  14. Looking for a small glass boat and this one seems to fit the bill. No need to burn up the water as I rarely, if ever, fish tournaments. Anyone have experience with this model?
  15. Deep, we need to meet up and fish.
  16. Definitely man, I'd be down for that. Just shoot me a message on here when you want to go. Give me a little notice as I have a 3 month old at home. From your avatar pic, you know what I mean. LOL As far as MG, eh. Nothing REAL big, not a ton of numbers but a day fishing there is better than a poke in the eye.
  17. A little corkscrew (think hitchhiker) with a weight in the end of it. Screw it on the back treble of a crank and the description says it will act like it deflects off cover without actually doing so. Basically throws your crank out of tune. LOL
  18. Add another to that list. Flappin Hogs are notorious for losing limbs.
  19. Well aint that some shat. LOL Ok, thanks man.
  20. LOL, dont get used to it. I'm still a Stillers fan.
  21. I have the LH big Lexa and I am liking it. He wants me to sell his for him, so if you like them keep an eye on the For Sale section. I was going to buy it but didn't realize it was a right handed reel.
  22. Care to share these PMs because I know you're not fishing for trout? LOL
  23. Opinions? Buddy has one that he seems to like, just wondering what others opinions of the reel might be. Thanks.
  24. Wow, dropped that quick? Tough like a couple fish or tough like good luck catching a bluegill? LOL
