Retired college instructor. Like Catt, I was forced into retirement due to injuries. Prior to my accident, I taught welding for Delta College in Bay City, Michigan. S.M.A.W. G.T.A.W. G.M.A.W. Plasma welding and cutting. Robitic welding systems. Before teaching, I was a Technical Support Specialist for a welding supply house. The first twenty years of my career I was an A.W.S. and A.S.M.E. certified welder doing X-Ray quality welds. It was hard work, but I made alot of money, and I liked the challenge. Falcon

Does anybody own, or has anybody tried this reel? It is the reel Daiwa is making exclusively for BPS. It's alot of reel for $119.99. Twelve bearings, swept handle, one piece aluminum frame, Magforce-Z automatic magnetic anti-backlash system. It seems like no corners were cut to make such an affordable reel. Falcon

If Rapala designed it, I don't ask any questions. All I know is they catch ALOT of fish for me, especially in the spring. I don't know the answer, but Roostertails idea makes sense to me. Falcon

I have no problem with Andre's product or color names. I caught many bass on his Sweet Beavers, and especially in the Penetration and Dirty Sanchez colors. I think it's funny to see the look on somebody's face when they hear the names of the baits. Since I've been using *** more, I probably won't be buying any more R.I. baits, but it's not because of the names of the baits. Falcon

I have ALOT of different brands of cranks, but my favorite is Rapala, because the Shad Raps, DT's, and Rattlin Raps put more fish in my boat than all others. Falcon

The only crankbaits that I will burn are lipless cranks, because like Brad said most cranks will roll over when cranked too fast. After hearing about the Shad Raps, I just may try burning some of mine this season. Falcon

Last year I got my first pair of prescription sunglasses. I always used the fit-overs and they were a pain. I spent a small fortune for these glasses, but they were worth every penny. armesjr brought up a good point. Make sure you try on the glasses before you buy them. If they don't fit you properly they are no good to you. Falcon
