New curado I
You seem to know a lot about reels as far as shimano goes. But do you know anything about the new Abu revo sx ? I was looking at them the other day

Best baitcaster
I was at bass pro the other day and was talking to the man selling the reels. I felt the daiwa and it was amazingly smooth, way smoother than any of the shimano reels. He said he used to be a shimano guy until he got one and he hasn't touched his shimano reels since. The daiwa tatula type r is my next reel. Its way underrated.

Bought new baits
Just got a smithwick rattling rogue and got a yellow and orange with a metallic topped Rat-l-trap. Anyone ever had success with these, heard these baits fished right are deadly

How to glue styrofoam to plastic (bait bucket)
Consult your local redneck for some top of the line duct tape. I'm guilty for using duct tape on a lot of stuff?
-
have you ever just quit using a bait?
Yes I have all of the sudden stopped on certain baits. Whether it be for wanting to try something different, or just finding a bait that has a higher tendancy to bring in more fish. It just happens. Pretty sure it happens to everyone at least with one bait or another

Shadalisious swim bait
When you match the hatch with a swim bait no doubt you will get nice fish??

Old school rubber skirts
Well generally the older style skirts are a bit wider and produce more flow as the are swam or worked. This is something I've heard a lot about in the past couple weeks. Some argue old school skirts are better and with the extra flow they produce I don't doubt it.

Jerkbaits. Good?
Thanks for all the good advice. I'll get out on the lake next weekend and put it to use. Hardly a place I can't go on my gator tail.
