My dad caught a 17lber in a treetop on a black culprit worm. I've caught a few on crankbaits.

I've caught three or four and I love catching them. Although I don't target them specifically catching one is just a plus while I'm bass fishing. My biggest one was around 6lbs and I caught it with my dad flipping laydowns in a small creek in the Pickwick Dam tailwaters.

That is definitely a grinnel. They aren't any good to eat but they put up a great fight.

Try some Berkely Big Game I use it almost exclusively but since they don't have 17lb big game I use Sufix for 17lb test.

Right now I'm using 25lb Big Game but I am probably gonna get some 20lb XPS fluorocarbon for it.

I really love the schedule! My dad and I will probably end up going to the Kentucky Lake or Wheeler tournament. One downside though is that they are dropping the three majors > I really enjoy the 6 hole course format and the exciting weigh-ins. But overall I think they did a really good job.
