Got mine and there is some interesting stuff. Need to get some pictures up now. Allen
  3. Small casting net works great. Allen
  4. Now I know everyone and their brother recommends them on this site but I have not needed any until recently. I started fishing a new place that is chocked full of vegetation and needed a new trailer. What I needed was a slim trailer that can come through vegetation and kick without ripping the tails off. Just looking over what BPS had to offer I picked up some Rage tail menace grubs as they look to be what I need. Based on how everyone here raves about them and what I need for a trailor on a grass jig I think they will fit the bill. I have never fished these but based on my last 30 years of bass fishing I am betting these will work for what I need. The finesse grass jigs they will be paired with are cooking as I type this so we will see next tournament. Allen
  5. Around here we have such pour spawns that I just leave known spawning fish alone. Down south I guess it isn't as much a problem but in Pennsylvania is is illegal to intently target spawning bass. Allen
  6. I need to run power to my garage and set up some luremaking stations. Currently I pour lead on the side of the house when it isn't raining or hasn't rained in a few days. It would be nice to make baits whenever I have the chance as I have bought quite a few nice molds from ebay recently. Allen
  7. Generally when I am trying to establish a pattern I start with moving baits. If those don't work I go with soft plastics finesse which has been working for you. Based on what you are saying I would try a weighted flick shake to get down in the water columb to the bigger fish. Allen
  8. Blade configuration counts as much as weight. Smaller blades on a heavier body is what you are looking for. Allen
  9. Two color injection is done using a blending block for two injectors. I have purchased the equipment but not yet made any baits because of my wife's complaining about the smell when heating soft plastics. Allen

The skirt is upside down on that bottom jig. As for heavy hooks for swimjigs I am going to stick with the Gamakatsu ones from Lurepartsonline as they are really sharp. Allen
  11. The only thing I would change from what you read is to use Green Pumkin as a worm color. What he wrote years ago still works today and has counted for so many fish for me when the bite is tough. Allen

Using braid with a weight above the rod rating will cause the earth to rotate off its axis and spin into the sun causing the end to all humanity! Allen
  13. The shower blows I bought last year that I haven't had a chance to use. Allen
  14. RI smallie beaver, Gamakatsu 2/0 ewg hook, 3/16 or 1/8oz bullet weight pegged. Allen

    Fishingskirts.com sells them cheap. Allen
  17. I found this out as well, Gamakatsu ones do not break nearly as often. Allen
  18. I have yet to find a wrong place to throw creature baits. Smallie beavers and baby brush hogs in green pumkin are my first choice. Honestly I have yet to find a creature bait that doesn't work. Allen

    Me as well. Allen
  20. Baby blue is the color on the crabs we have here in Maryland. That is until they get cooked with some Ole Bay. Allen
  21. The hooks I have are 60 degree flat eye heavy wire barbarian. The guy working quality control must have an alcohol or meth problem as these are ****. Never have I seen so many defects in a single pack of jig hooks. Allen
  22. Haven't poured any yet but not a fan already. About half the flat-eyes are not bent right with some so bad they could pass for a straight eye hook. Allen

That is the shallow diver that works. Pickerral stole all of mine but that bait really worked. Allen
