Do-It, Palmer and Hilts are the companies that I know of that produce standard molds. Shawn Collins makes custom hand pour molds but since he is good and one of the only ones you will wait awhile on a custom mold. Dampeoples had a spotremover mold he was going to sell at one time but besides that Iam not sure if anyone else would have one? Allen
  2. Zoom finesse worms green pumkin, watermelon Kinami flash natural shad, gold shad, watermelon Zoom baby brush hogs green pumkin, watermelon candy Eakins jig 5/16oz brown w/zoom super chunk jr and creepy crawler trailers in green pumkin Zoom lizard 6" black Spinnerbait= white w/double nickel willows, chart white w/front nickel colo rear gold indiana LC RC 1.5 copper perch LC Gunnish 95 LC pointer 78 or slender pointer 97mr in ghost minnow This list is about $75 and I could fish just about anywhere with these lures and feel confident. Allen
  3. My LC topwaters have paid for themselves! Last year I caught lunker 3 times in small club tournaments at $50 a pop on a Gunnish or Sammy. Allen
  4. Pointer 78 RC 1.5 These are definately great producers! I would add the following as well. Gunnish 95 Slender Pointer 97mr Sammy 100 Think about it this way, how much do you spend on soft plastics? I can go through $15 worth of senkos in one day if not more. Now I have several LC baits that have caught over 100 fish each that are still in good shape. Buy a good lure retriever and you will not lose any unless there are pike in your waters. Allen
  5. In the past 3 years I have caught 3 bass about 7lbs each. 7'H Kistler Quantum PT600 20lb p-line pure floro Handmade jig using black Micro Munch skirt Allen
  6. Try a natural colored finesse jig like a Eakins with a smaller trailer (super chunk Jr or small double tailed grub). My most productive combo this year is a 5/16oz pumkinseed jig with a green pumkin Zoom creepy crawler trailer. Allen
  7. I only use spinning for lures too light for a baitcaster. Finesse fishing requires a spinning rod with light line. Allen
  8. This is my favorite rod and could use another if you want to trade? I have a ton of lures including LC, Daiwa, etc. I could part with. Allen
  9. That really sucks! Keep a eye out at the local pawn shops or someone posting them on ebay from your area? Personally I cannot catch anything on Zoom cranks :-[ If you have not tried them yet look into the Lucky Craft RC series at BPS. The RC 1.5 has been my best crank for two years in a row. Allen
  10. Now you get to be a buck sergeant the hardest job in the Army! I hope my promotion orders come in soon? Allen
  11. Have you considered just buying some lead heads and sanding or filing the bottom flat? Currently I am looking for some silicone that will withstand the heat of lead to make some swim jig prototypes. Allen
  12. Black, brown and green pumkin are about all I need. Allen

It is a very poor producer for me? all I seem to do is lose jigheads? Drop shot or a Mojo rig are far more effective. Allen

Not in my opinion? Like someone mentioned I like those brass eyed bank sinkers in 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4. So far I have not found any reason for heavier sinkers. Drop Shot is a dink and panfish magnet but will also catch bigger fish. Allen
  15. That guy is so busy I doubt he could take on anymore work? What are you looking to have made? Allen
  16. Black, junebug, maybe green pumkin depending on how stained the water is. Allen
  17. I use 1/4oz 80% of the time but was wondering what is everyones favorite weight? Allen
  18. A little late but take a drop shot and mojo rig with some green pumkin Zoom finesse worms. Allen
  19. 1. LC RC 1.5 2. Zoom finesse worm green pumkin 3. Kinami flash 4" Natural shad 4. 4" Berkley power worm black 5. Brownish finesse jig w/green pumkin trailer Other things that have been working are; White buzzbait Chart/white spinnerbait 3" Berkley power bait drop shot worm Allen
  20. You need to fish deeper there? Try a drop shot or mojo rig. Allen
  21. Where does such a place exist in merryland? Every lake I am fishing is filled with grass? Allen
  22. I have tried several different fishing pliers and have not like them especially the high prices. My favorite are these $4 needle nose ones I buy at the PX. They have blaze orange handles so they are very hard to lose! Now they will develop surface rust in like 5 seconds but they work really well. Allen
  23. I like the smaller 4" for fishing clear water and if I could only use one size this would be it. If something is working for you stick with it! If I find a bait that really works I buy one size smaller and one or 2 sizes larger. Color only matters when it matters. Allen
