  1. I've purchased from The GPS Store before and it was a great price and service.
  2. I also dress in layers. On those very cold days I have my hunting clothes on, long handle underwear, jeans, isolated bibs and then a wool coat. If it warms up through the day, I can take a layer off.
  3. I'm on my second 4stroke and the first one I ran for 11 years without any issues and may have spent $700.00 total. ?
  4. Dosen't sound right. I have a 7sv on the bow and a 93sv on the console and both do great. I adjust my scoll speed to match my boat speed as much as possible and they both do a good job.
  5. That's Great!!!

My fishing buddy does that all the time, but she's my wife ? But I do eat all the snacks she brings, I seldom take many snacks but when she goes, we have all kinds of stuff. Last time I had cold watermelon
  7. On the boats that I've owned, there's a junction box up under the console with all your fuses and as many have said, there's always been a hot side and ground side.
  8. You should only pay in the state that you'll going to register it in. That's how it works in my home state.
  9. I like to hunt bass, not just fish for them and I use mine alot. I'm kinda on the older guy side now and any kind of electronics use to intimidate me but I really tried to learn mine. And over the last several years I find myself really using it. Like stated above, I have found stuff on a lake that I've been fishing for over 30 years. Once you target them and then catch them, you'll be hooked.
  10. Reloading, casting and lots of shooting. ?
  11. I run two Garmin's and both do that, it just depends on what water I'm on. One of our smaller lakes is a better map than one of our larger lakes. I've been thinking about trying the card and make my own map.
  12. I always have my live well full and operating with a shot of G-Juice and if it's taking a little to much time, I'll put them in there for a few minutes and then get a pic and release. I had one near 6 lb earlier this year that hooked deep on a frog, I had it in the well for close to 20 mins and when I raised the lid she was all excited, when I released her she seemed in way better condition than when she got on the boat.
  13. I've been boating for 35 years and still add more stuff, just a few things that I carry. First aid Tools Tape & rope Spare prop Fuel filter Oil Flash Light Jumper cables or starting pack Fuses Spare bilege plug Spare bulbs for navigational lights These are a few things that I carry and all have gotten me out of a pickle a time or two. Enjoy your new boat with your family. ?
  14. I couldn't agree more about taking care of it. I believe I would go A-jay's way and see what happens, by the looks you have nothing to loose. Once you get it, just keep it wiped, wash and wax it right along with the boat.
  15. This one I've had it a year. I had another one on my old boat that was 5 years old, but it was a two bank. Never had any problems.
  16. I have one just like it and it's did a good job so far.
  17. Many years ago about 35, I picked up a under spin reel and rod for $5.00 it was all made together and was a pretty good set up. I used some and I think I ended up giving it to my nephew. It was called a Bronson, I've never heard or seen another.
  18. I mainly fish alone because of my work schedule. I work a 10 on 4 off which puts me at home Thu through Sun. Soooo, I usually get a day in Thu or Fri and then my fishing Partner (wife) goes with me on Saturday.
  19. The lakes I fish are very clear and I definitely get more bites with floro. So I pretty much use it 100% of the time. I have two spare spools for my bait casters and one for my spinning reels with braid when the need arises. I tried Vanish, Cabela's, Bass pro but prefer Sunline or Segar.
  20. Can't say about the mach 2, but I have five PT1 and would highly recommend it.
  21. Here in WV, several years ago boats weren't title and the very first boat I purchased was one and i had to, sooo I had to get the bill of sale notarized and have a State Trooper come to my house to inspect, once he approved it, he gave me a paper that I used to get a serial number plate and then licence. It took awhile, but I got it. Like I said, it's been years ago.
  22. I've owned both and for me, I like my aluminum. But in my home state we really don't have any big water. But I did take my 190 out on Douglas lake in TN with my son and with 18" chop and three full grown men, we had no problems scooting along at 45 mph. As many have already said, it a personal preference.
  23. It happens to all. Winter months are my hard time with water temps in the 30's, then I'll usually target Walleye. Me personally, if I just go after any bass, I usually will catch a few from April through November, but I like to target bigger bass and do my best off shore structure, generally less bites, but better quality. ?
