I haven't taken anything, except 6 advil over 5 days. I take medication for an irregular heart beat and can't take any over the counter stuff, except maybe a coughdrop. I phoned my cardiologist and he called me in a scrpit 2 days ago. I went to the pharmacist to pick it up and they proceeded to tell me that the new script may interact with my current medicine, in a bad way. I asked them what I should do. They said it was up to me. Now I'm paranoid and haven't taken it. I go see the doctor tomorrow morning.

I feel your pain. I lost my temper in a tournament a few months ago over the same exact thing. I've been fishing a spot ALL night, literally never moved. A boat (husband/wife team) came trolling up to me from directly behind my rear. They get about 15 yards from my rear and then turn , trolling right fricking next to me. They get to my front and cut directly in front of me and continue trolling the bank. As the guy passed next to me I said "feel free to cut right in front of me." He said "Thank You!" Now, I'm not a confrontational kind of person but his "thank you" sent me over the edge. I cast my swimbait (with braid) in front of him and snagged his line. I set up announcing "I got a nice one." He said "you got me!" I said "No way! I got a fish!" and proceeded to do battle with this imaginary fish until we came unsnagged. He proceeded to say he can fish anywhere he dang pleases. I cranked up the big motor, putted up next to him, threw it neutral, revved it up a bit and proceeded to do a doughnut around him. Don't ask me what I was thinking because I wasn't. I was so ticked off. I guess there's not a whole lot we can do about people like that, other than try to ignore them.

Yes, we fished the classic, unfortunately. Hawk had to back out at the last minute. I found a 15 yr old kid through another friend who fished with me. (We can't fish the classic alone). We did TERRIBLE. I started out in Clarke catching a few and then BAM, fish disappeared. We went back to Osborne and fished my night spot(s) with little success. The winning team caught their fish in Lake Ida.

I liked the soft body over the hard body but that's just my preference. And that's why I went with Mattlures. If those bass are targeting your live gills then I suggest putting a live one out and hold on. If you're really against the live bait, which would be beyond me, then there are a ton of different types of tackle you can use without spending big money. You may have to entice the bass a little more into hitting but keep at it.

I have used both Tru-Tungsten and Mattlures. I've caught bass on both but prefer Mattlures. I sold my Tru-Tungsten.
