  1. Yeah I've heard that they did it also. I just sanded em down when I got em and never had a problem
  2. I would argue they've already accomplished half of what they set out to do. Regardless of any of our opinions... It has become a discussion here. Therefore their name is out there more.
  3. I haven't but I have a lot of buddies who fish a lot of tournament's I myself do. I'll ask around and see if I can come up with some info for you.
  4. Night fishing!!! We love it. Generally not too hot or too cold and tournaments are short and cheaper. Great way to spend a night with your child or anyone really. And the tap tap taparoo becomes so much more intense after the sun sets ????
  5. It'd be different if they'd stabilize the lake a little. They're constantly sucking the bottom out of it. If they'd just let it be for a week I imagine it'd be great fishing. It's just tough with the water level fluctuating every day.
  6. I live here. The waters real clear to be in the bushes. It's kind of in a postspawn funk though with the high water. The cranking ledges and such in the rivers are too deep as are a lot of the lower lake topwater and swimbait points. We won a tourney last Saturday on flat shallow brush points with a t-rigged red bug trick worm. If you decide to come good luck.

Ol monster, mag 2, fat baby finesse worm, trick worm, centipede. I have a ton of confidence in those in various situations.
  8. I fish a c-rig a lot. I'll use a variety of baits but my 3 favorite would have to be a watermelon red baby brush hog, a red bug trick work and a smokin blue centipede.
  9. H2o ethos nano. 7'3 heavy. I got mine for $50 on clearance and it's really good
  10. Cxx. McCoy mean green is ok just not as good in my book.
  11. Guy at work found it and has been whacking em on it. ( Or so he says lol) asked me what it is and I drew a blank. Thanks
  12. It's definitely the keitech. They rust hooks way worse than any other plastic I have experience with.
  13. Any Whopper plopper type lure. My 5 year old loves em. It's big it's loud and catches fish. Everything a younger angler wants. Spinnerbaits are good ones too.
  14. I keep pretty much any crappie or walleye I catch. I'll keep a few spots every now and again. I rarely keep largemouth though unless I feel they're gonna die anyways.
  15. Feel bad for the kids from Auburn. That's a tough way to go.
  16. Alright then so Sam won it would appear. Lol
  17. Well I'm pretty sure you won with your conservative picks lol.
  18. 1st night derby of the year on lake Catherine. Been there 4 times now 1st time we ever weighed. Took 7lbs with 3 fish to win. Had 6 with these 2 and lost a 13 inch spot at the boat ?? oh well had a good time.
  19. Rebel wee craw. Catches Creek fish pretty much year round besides the COLD.
  20. $900 for a jack plate, hot foot and blinker trim. The hot foot and jack plate I already love. Remembering I have the blinker trim has proven to be more difficult than I thought. Still go to the shifter more often than not.
  21. One of 10 or 11we caught. All brownies with the exception of a small spot. Biggest one was about a pound and a half. Just a good time. Weapon of choice was the bps little wee craw knock off.
  22. You won it last year I think
  23. It's March madness. Time to fill out those brackets. ESPN bracket challenge. Group bassresource password fishin
  24. I've seen Wesley strader throw the blue Powell endurance line quite a bit. Think they run $120-130ish.
  25. I've fished quite a few $10k to win and up tournaments and never saw anyone other than the winner get tested. And the only time I've seen it be guaranteed to be tested is when folks when a boat.
