I can't find them either. I'm sure they will start gorging pretty soon but I think this doesn't happen until the water temps reach the mid 50's. Weather conditions must be right as well. I did well last december on really windy days. Just keep at it and sooner or later you'll get some good fishing.

I would start at the main dam and work my way up to the right. The top end with the trees also sounds good.

I haven't caught a fish over 4lbs 6oz in 2 months. I haven't caught a fish over 6lbs in 3 months. So you're still doing better! I broke the curse yesterday! I hope it goes uphill from now on!

2.5lbs max. This is a 6lber. and I'm 6'1".

Switzerland. I think bass fishing is most popular in Italy followed by France, Portugal and Spain. Bass stocks are dropping quite a bit since most people eat the bass they catch. In Switzerland the size limit is only 20cm (approx. 8") which is a joke! I have seen people with bags full of baby bass. Morocco is supposed to have some big bass.

WELCOME tatu! It's a shame what is going on in Zimbabwe. Don't sell your cranks and buzzbaits! You can allways use them for pike and perch. Maybe you should visit Switzerland one day. We have some nice bass around here and it is not far from the UK! The bass do not get as big as in South Africa or Zimbabwe but they are bass (northern strain). Here's a pic of me with a decent bass.
