South Florida is warm enough for them to survive. If there there more then one, you can probably add a new species to your freshwater fish list.

The Jackall Giron is a shallow running bait. Most guys that target these things use live bait! Especially small carp (2-3lbs.!!!) That fish was caught on live bait.
