Orochi VS M1
While I like Megabass rods, especially there finesse spinning rods, I think there are better rods at the price point than the XXX series. I have never fished a M1, so I can't comment on those rods regarding sensitivity, build quality, and performance. However, they seem to be great rods. One rod I wouldn't overlook are the Kistler KLX and Helium rods. With there current sale you can get most of the Helium 3s for around $230. This is a great rod especially at the price.

Curado 70 noise
How recent did you purchase them? How often are they being used? Do you regularly maintenance them? Given both reels are making the same noise. It's unlikely both are defective. I recommend cleaning the reel and oiling the reel. If the noise continues, I would contact Shimano customer service or a reel tech.

Shimano baitcasting reel
I honestly don't think you can go wrong with the Curado K or MGL. Both are great reels! If you have the money to spend then try the MGL. You wont be disappointed.

Shimano baitcasting reel
Ebay has some good deals so Curados can be obtain at a great price. The MGL is good, but I think its hard to beat the Curado K. The Curado K is an awesome reel especially at the price. Is weight an issue? Also, is line capacity a concern? MGL is around an ounce lighter, but the Curado K has around 15-20% more line capacity.

Good luck on the reel!

Looking for Salt rod+ reel setup
While everyone has their preferences. Most will agree that Shimano and Daiwa make the best reels (Saltwater and Freshwater) although Abu Garcia, Lews, etc have a great following. In saltwater most of the big charters and avid saltwater fishermen use customs, but IMO there are a lot of reputable rod companies. I would look at Gloomis/Shimano, Daiwa, and St Croix rods. Ultimately, rod choice comes down to application, weight of the lures, etc.

Looking for Salt rod+ reel setup
Good pick with the NASCI (it would be my second pick); however, the Daiwa Fuego LT 2500 has better line capacity but also is a better reel IMO. Ultimately, the rod power can vary with the manufacturer so let us know what brands you are looking at.

USPS Fishing Rod Claim
I just noticed that haha. We all understood what he meant

USPS Fishing Rod Claim
Think of it this way, I pay additional insurance fees to ensure an important package is secured for what the item is worth, well 99% of insured packages will not result in a claim thus they pocket that additional money for doing nothing in addition to the service they are already providing and payout from the additional revenue for claims filed.

Go Stradic FK or stay Ultegra
Stay with the Ultegra. In my opinion the Stradic FK doesn't justify the increase in price over the Ultegra unless you got a good deal, however, the Stradic CI4s are another story. I highly recommend the Stradic CI4s but the Diawa Tatula LT are Fuego LT are also very good. If you were looking to buy anything I would pick those over the FK.

Your Reel Opinion... Daiwa/Abu
While the Tatula LT is a fabulous reel for the money the Fuego LT spinning reel is the best reel for the price I have ever seen. However, if lightweight is a deciding factor easily the Tatula is hard to beat only the CI4 will compare, which I would still pick the Daiwa.

Multipurpose Rod Poll
Ultimately, it comes down to how much you want to spend, applications, how much you value warranty, split grip vs full grip, cork vs eva, etc. Ultimately, the best high end all purpose rods will be between the Megabass Daemos and any of the Gloomis MBR 843 and 844. If I had to pick I would pick Megabass.

Fishing line to use on loomis 852s
8 lb Seaguar Invisx or Tatsu fluorocarbon

Lews hypermag
They are extremely good reels and IMO are superior to anything around $299 MSRP such as the Revo Premier. The only think I don't car for is the grips on the handle, but that is just personal preference. Ebay has some great deals on them.

Shimano Revo X BR Reviews Please...
They are great reels at a good price. You can find some on Ebay for around 85. Excellent deal at that price.
-
Abu Garcia Revo premier
They are good reels, but you can find the 4th generation on Ebay for around $230-240. I think the the 4th generation are a ton better for a bit more $.

New Bantam baitcaster
I couldn't agree more. For a reel to MSRP at $350, I think they could have done magnesium. I am interested in the upgrades to the Stella. I can't wait to see these upgrades trickle into other models. The new Micro Module II provides a new ideal gear design and gear teeth surface for amazing smoothness and nearly twice the strength of Shimano’s already unmatched gear durability. X-Protect makes the new Stella up to five times more resistant to the long term damaging effects of water than the previous model, so every turn of the handle is sure to feel as good as new even after years of use.

First baitcasting reel since a green Curado
The Curado Ks are great reels, however, I do agree that they are a bit on the heavy side IMO (7.6 oz)

Pitching/Flipping Reel Opinions...
For flipping and pitching, the Curado 70 XG is hard to beat. I recommend that you try a few different reels to see which reels balance better with the rod you plan on using before buying. However, I can attest to the great performance of the Curado 70s.

*** Z
While I don't think it will be a gimmick, I don't know if any product can live up to the hype that has been created. I have never seen a fishing product this heavily advertised/promoted. Currently, I have only heard of people sponsored by *** to say great things and the others in the industry that with competing product offerings. It would be great to hear an honest assessment from an unbiased party.

Daiwa vs Shimano
Shimano!

G. Loomis NRX
The NRX rods are fabulous rods, but a lot of people hate the recoil guides. While they are the pinnacle for sensitivity, they lack the versatility the Megabass Destroyer USA Daemos would provide. You wouldn't find a better rod than the Daemos for a high end all purpose rod (spinnerbaits, jigs, chatterbaits, etc)
