I fish #11 Sunline Shooter Defier Armilo for topwater and crankbaits. Tatsu mainline for jigs, weightless soft plastics and live bait. Smackdown/ Seaguar Gold Lable leader with weighted soft plastics, swimbaits, spinnerbaits and blade baits.

Seaguar Gold is a leader line that has a hard exterior, but is VERY manageable. Plus the line is thinner and stronger than similar rated alternatives. It's THE BOMB! I use this leader with Smackdown braid, otherwise Tatsu without a leader.

Lighter line is the ticket!

Well, at one time we all probably had one "fishing pole".

Most likely the stocker trout are rainbow. The giants are lake trout. #1 artificial for me is the Panther Martin, black with chartreuse dots.
